I have not had a chance to use the products yet, so that will be the real test. The luggage looks great! Customer Service is excellent. They answered my email within 24 hours and there was a satisfactory outcome.

We bought the three piece set in the sky blue color for a months long trip to South Africa. They held up very well, and are easily rolled through out the airports and the accommodations. The wheels, zippers,handles, etc all worked well even with our over stuffing them, and the tsa locks were simple to reset and use. The handles are nicely padded and well located with a grab handle on the bottom. We had one minor issue upon return home but customer service jumped on it immediately and it was resolved to our satisfaction hwithin no time. Great communication and customer service. We are very satisfied with this purchase and the companys customer service.

Liked the easy movement taking a trip to Europe

So far Im really happy with this luggage set. Its already made 4 flights and 1 road trip and has been great. It has some scuffs already from flights and the green isnt as easy to spot on the baggage claim as I would have thought. But the wheels are really smooth and they are good sizes for any trip. They are a little hard to stack back into eachother for storage because of the wheels but I can make it happen. I have a lot of travel this year so I hope they stay in this good of shape.

This luggage set was reasonably priced and holding up well.

Haven’t used the luggage yet, but the material is sturdy, wheels are very flexible, and the look of the luggage is very stylish. Love the locking system. I have the coffee color and it is sleek.

We love our sets, they have been on several trips with us and held up great. 1 wheel broke and they are sending a replacement for us! Great customer service!!!
