Gave it 4 stars because this backpack is very large with a lot of compartments. Took one star out because the combination lock is not good. When putting a brand new combination, it seemed like it set at a number in the middle of me setting it up. I could not find contact info from the vendor. While the combination lock is not usable for me, the backpack is still very functional.

Son loves his new backpack for high school. Couldnt figure out the lock but he didnt want to use it anyway. Holds tons of stuff and handles the weight

My teenager is fond of both overpacking and “tactical” looking things. He stuffs it so full that it needs its own seat in the car! And despite this abuse, it has held up flawlessly since we gave it to him over the winter holidays. We have been contemplating a second one for the family, and have noticed it frequently goes on sale for 35 instead of 50 clams.

Bag is great however the strap has ripped. Not sure if this can be replaced or contacted regarding bag.

Sturdy, with many compartments. The charger is handy.

Ok, so I really like this backpack. I originally got my son one before school started last semester. I liked it so much, I got one for myself. The back cushion is nice. The pockets are all useful. I like the USB port for my phone charger. The handle on top is very sturdy and I like that its not at the very top/back of the bag. Its more in the middle so the weight distribution is even when I pick it up. It doesnt all sag to the front. The only issue I have with the back is that one of the straps has already been fraying. Ive tried sewing it back up, didnt work. My next step is to melt the fibers and hopefully stop the fray, but my hopes arent high. Edit: Its been two months and the tear has gotten worse. Im using the bag through my summer semester, but Im going to have to get a new bag for my fall semester.

Great size, lots of room!! Totally worth it!!! Love this backpack!! Kinda wish they made a stronger bottom, haven’t had any problems with it, but would love a more durable & waterproof bottom is all. That would really put it over the top!

I like how it is organized. Also like the external plug for the battery. Reasonable price.

I absolutely LOVE this backpack. I got it in May and have used it every day for work. I love all of the different compartments. I took off 1 ⭐️ because one of my straps has already ripped (did it about September). So I only had it a few months before the strap ripped. It’s passed my time to return it, so I’ll have to find a way to fix it. I wish I could order a new one because it’s seriously the best backpack ever!

Lots of compartments and huge capacity. Its truly waterproof and sturdy. Great chef bag as well.
