I really like having this on hand so that I have a clean work surface at the ready. I roll out dough fairly often and using a silicone mat feels more sanitary than my countertop. I have washed it in the dishwasher and the product did not warp at all. Im very happy with this.

The mat came in a flat box folded but as soon as I rolled it out, it laid flat and the edges dont curl up. It is thinner than what I expected, but it has a good quality that I was looking for, which was : 1. It has non stick surface so the dough will not stick on the mat 2. It lays flat nicely and doesnt move around on my countertop 3. Easy to clean and dry fast 4. It is big enough for my needs. 6. It has sized marking

A great addition to our kitchen. My Granddaughter loves to bake but she creates a mess all over the countertop whenever she bakes. She especially likes to bake breads so flour and other ingredients are all over the place. I purchased this mat in order to provide her a specific area to confine her preparation and to assist her with measurements. This silicone mat was the perfect solution. The measurements for rolling out the dough for her specific bread or pastry are embedded into the mat. Aside from these amenities, the mat provides a non-slip surface on our countertop, wipes clean with a simple wash, and stores easily in a drawer or cabinet. It can be folded or rolled to fit the smallest space, and can even go into the oven for ease of baking cookies. The instructions read that the mat is oven safe to 400+ degrees but she has not used it in the oven. Ease of use and cleanup, along with its ample size make this a must have for any baker.

Easy to clean and store. Folds without creasing or just roll it up. The conversion tables right on the mat are very helpful.

I just received my mat today and I washed it right away with hot soapy water. It’s hanging over my sink to dry so I can use it tomorrow. I’ve been using my smaller one to roll out dough and cut out rounds for hand pies. But it was awkward- I needed more rolling room. I hope this one will be an improvement. It’s a generous size and feels good and thick. The measurements will be helpful, too. The price was reasonable- I would recommend this mat to others.
