Very nice, better than expected

This is perfect for mixing dough and pressing it. It keeps the kitchen counter spotless while the mat is washable. It gives you a lot of help with shaping dough for the variety of meals that you can make. Completely portable and has very good quality texture that helps with no dough getting stuck to the mat or counter

Wow - this mat is so much better than the other one I’ve had for decades (see top of photo). The new one lies so flat, is secure to the counter AND it just folds up neatly for storage. I love it!

On a TV baking show, I saw a baker use a mat like this while rolling the crust for a pie. What took me so long to realize I needed one of these in my kitchen?!! This one is especially nice. Its quite large and has several sizes marked. I wont need my tape measure any longer. (This mat is hands-free!) It also has weight and measurement conversions printed right on the mat. They are a little tricky to read but so nice to have this info handy. You can also use it in the oven to line a pan. (I have even used this to protect my counter when not baking!) Its a great price for a very useful tool.

This is absolutely the best baking mat I have ever owned. The mat has various measurements needed, and the best feature of all is the nonstick mat. It makes baking easy. Highly recommend.
