I love this baking mat! Super good quality. It’s thick and light at the same time. The baked goods get released easily. The fact that you can roll pie or cookie dough in it, it’s super helpful too

I got one of these for my mother in-law, and she raved about it so much that I had to get one for myself. She especially liked that she can make the perfectly round pie crusts with it. I like that I can roll it up to store it.

I make pizza dough and was making it on small plastic sheets. This mat is much bigger, sticks to the counter so it helps making dough much easier. Easy to clean and has tons of measuring conversion. Sorry I waited so long!

I love it and I wish I had a baking tray large enough for it - I used Aluminum Foil to lay it on in the oven. It is great.
