Literally nothing much to see on this mat. The writing is in pale white and it’s not easy to read with a light gray mat. Thickness seems as good as any other. Price was good.

This silicone mat was a huge upgrade for me. For pie crusts, I had been using a cloth mat with a frame that had belonged to my grandmother. No frame needed for this mat and it cleans up so easily. You can accurately roll ot the right size pie crust and it comes right off the mat when you transfer it to the pie plate. I really like it!

The absolute best pastry mat I’ve found. Very study, thicker than usual. Non stick, stays in place. Perfect!!

Really pleased with this pastry mat. So much easier to clean than my old stiff plastic one. Love the little notched strap for keeping rolled while stored. Our family used this and the old plastic one when making ravioli. Since the silicone is flexible and a bit like a cushion, it was harder to stamp ravioli on this mat vs the old plastic one. Ive used this mat for pie and pizza crust, and loved how much cleaner my work surface was. The raised edge prevented the usual massive blow out of flour onto the table. Ill use the old plastic one for stuff like cut out cookies and ravioli, and this for the rest.

Heat resistance? No idea and dont care. Thats not why we purchased it. We needed a thick silicone mat to press out our hamburger meat. One that would not roll up and stay flat while you used it. This thing is easy to clean, rolls up and back out easily. The silicone tie is very handy that came with it. Stays where you lay the mat down. Has edges so if liquids are involved will stay on the mat not your floor. Well within reasonable amounts anyway. Use a cup or more it will probably overflow. Biscuits, bread and pie dough would work extremely well. Even has dimensions and circles to make your pie shapes easier and to scale.

I bought this after my 30yo tupperware mat finally got cut (with a pastry divider). It came very quickly but was missing the roll tie so I reached out and they sent a new mat with tie in 2 days! Awesome customer service imho. I can’t really speak to the heat resistance since I have only used it for making breads, rolls, pastry etc. so that is why 4 and not 5 stars, but it is marked with a thermometer symbol and 40/220 so I presume it is quite heat tolerant. Only have had the mat a week, will return with more stars if it hold up!

This pie mat is DA BOMB!! Got it quick, exactly as pictured. Love that it doesnt move around at all while rolling dough, shows various sizes for round pie dough diameters & dough log cuttings (so you dont have to guess), plus you can roll it up & fasten it with the included tie so it will stay rolled up, orit can be hung up! Fits perfectly (if rolled up) into a 2.5 gallon ziplock baggie to stay clean in storage. This size mat worked perfectly for me, I didnt want a super huge one to wrestle with. Super easy to clean, just make sure your countertop is very clean because any crumbs/debris will stick to the back of it. Made 5 pies right after I got it, & it made it much easier for sure. Try it & bet youll love it too!!

Very good cooking mat. Easy to wash and easy to use. Takes up little space. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
