> 3 dayThis is the best one so far! I had several different types of mats before, this one is the best! It’s thick and stable! I wish it could be bigger, then it will be 100+

> 3 dayThis silicone mat was a huge upgrade for me. For pie crusts, I had been using a cloth mat with a frame that had belonged to my grandmother. No frame needed for this mat and it cleans up so easily. You can accurately roll ot the right size pie crust and it comes right off the mat when you transfer it to the pie plate. I really like it!

Greater than one weekPleasantly surprised at how well made this baking pad is made. Heavy duty cleans easily and non-stick. Everything you would want in a baking mat.

> 3 dayFor years Ive used a Tupperware pastry mat which has served me well, but when rolled up to store, it would curl fiendishly when used. This beauty is extra thick, feels pleasant to touch, and has no tendency to curl -- even when just unpacked from a tight roll. It clings to the countertop without slipping. It has a raised edge all around so you could mix a dough (as shown) right on the mat with no liquid run-off. There are white markings on the pale green background in both inches and centimeters for rolling pie crusts and for portioning dough. A ratcheting tie is included for storage (which will undoubtedly promptly disappear.) There are four tiny icons on the lower right but no leaflet to explain them. I think one means dont cut with a sharp knife and one dont use an open flame; another looks like a goblet and fork (update-means safe to come in contact with food). My only minor complaint is that its size made it awkward to hand wash at the sink without shedding soapy water everywhere. (It would fit oddly in my little dishwasher.) Im also pondering where I might find a place in my kitchen to hang this mat using the large hole provided in one corner. Overall, I like this mat a lot!

> 3 dayWow, I must of done something wrong because even though I floured the surface before I rolled the pie dough out, It was as if the dough melted into the mat. Total disaster. Could not lift dough off. Ive decided to order a different one from Amazon from another company. So disappointed, but will try it again one more time. Maybe my kitchen was too warm or too humid or something. The product is well made and a beautiful color. Will continue to experiment with it. Could use a booklet on it to see other use options.

Greater than one weekReally pleased with this pastry mat. So much easier to clean than my old stiff plastic one. Love the little notched strap for keeping rolled while stored. Our family used this and the old plastic one when making ravioli. Since the silicone is flexible and a bit like a cushion, it was harder to stamp ravioli on this mat vs the old plastic one. Ive used this mat for pie and pizza crust, and loved how much cleaner my work surface was. The raised edge prevented the usual massive blow out of flour onto the table. Ill use the old plastic one for stuff like cut out cookies and ravioli, and this for the rest.

> 3 dayI have used this mostly for a drying my dishes that can only be hand washed. It’s great! No water dripping around the counter (you can’t shake off every drip). I’ve purchased several similar items but this is the first seller that includes a little silicone “tie” for rolling it up & it holds tightly with a round head that fits into a loop. Since this stays on the counter I use the “tie” for another silicone piece whose creator had not provided one. I’ll be ordering another for rolling pastry & shaping cookies. The soft green goes with any kitchen decor, unlike bold oranges & bright reds.
