I had a vinyl pastry mat that within a year began to split and crack. Cleanup wasnt much fun, either. I purchased the EuChoiz Silicone Pastry Mat an am once again in love with baking. This is so perfect. Fits on the counter without sliding. Easy to clean and store AND the dough doesnt stick to it. Yes, this is FANTASTIC

I bought this after my 30yo tupperware mat finally got cut (with a pastry divider). It came very quickly but was missing the roll tie so I reached out and they sent a new mat with tie in 2 days! Awesome customer service imho. I can’t really speak to the heat resistance since I have only used it for making breads, rolls, pastry etc. so that is why 4 and not 5 stars, but it is marked with a thermometer symbol and 40/220 so I presume it is quite heat tolerant. Only have had the mat a week, will return with more stars if it hold up!

This mat lets you take a flat surface and turn it into a portal for pastry making. The mat has measurements for various needs. The center is partitioned off in diametrically portioned sections perfect for making circular dough items. After you are done with this mat, it wipes clean quickly and dries of just as fast. To stow this away, the mat has a silicone ratcheting tie that lets you roll up the mat and keep it in a small space. At $20 MSRP this is a good choice.

This mat is perfect for baking! It is large enough, keeps my dough all on the mat because of the ridges, easy to clean, adheres to my granite, no slipping. Great measurement markings! I love it!!

Good size good layout for sizing of stencil

This silicone mat was a huge upgrade for me. For pie crusts, I had been using a cloth mat with a frame that had belonged to my grandmother. No frame needed for this mat and it cleans up so easily. You can accurately roll ot the right size pie crust and it comes right off the mat when you transfer it to the pie plate. I really like it!

I live in a 1879 farmhouse and we like to keep it original. HOWEVER.... making pie crust or roll out cookies on old counters is impossible..this is WONDERFUL ♥️♥️♥️
