I have tried all kinds of strainers. This is the best I have ever had. It catches very small particles. I use to clean my strainer about once or twice a day with the everyday strainer. Now that this strainer catches all the small particles, I clean my strainer about 4 times a day. It catches it all. Also even having the particles in the strainer, the water still goes down to the drain with no problems at all. I love this strainer!!! Very Well made as well. I will never have to purchase another strainer again!

Great strainer. It catches everything! The holes are so small, it is a bit difficult to clean though. But I love it and would definitely buy it again. 2 come in a pack. Easy to lift out of the sink with the handle.

These work very well for our kitchen sink. They are easy to remove, empty and put back.

Purchased to replace silicone strainers with holes too big to catch all but the largest particles and a lip that prevented the sink from draining completely, and the plastic ones that worked but cracked and wore out every couple of months. The mesh on these strainers is fine enough to catch tiny particles and sturdy enough to sustain multiple daily sharp taps to empty into the compost bin. I expect these to last for a very long time providing they dont rust which I see no signs of happening.

Bought the drain screens mainly to keep jewelry and other items (screws) from falling into either side of the sink drains. Fits well. Nice looking. Fine screen catches small food items and deep enough to hold rings etc for quick retrieve. Mention food only because Ontario, California now requires left over food to be thrown into the green waste in clear bags, in stead of the regular trash. Decent price for two. Satisfied with price and usefulness of drain screens. To clean (I) place in dishwasher top pull drawer.

Only regret is that I didnt order the 2-pack the day my garbage disposer stopped working. Before I saw this on Amazon, was using a cheap drain strainer (previously purchased but never used), but for a few dollars more, theres NO comparison! The strainer is fine enough to let all water through, yet captures really small particles. Then you use the handy handle, remove, and dump whatever was captured; no muss, no fuss. And being sturdy, and stainless, always looks nice and clean. Ill probably keep it in the right side sink after the new disposers installed in the left side, since the holes in this strainer are much smaller than the device that came with the sink...who know what escaped due to larger holes of the other one.

What a difference! I had a generic strainer before I got this one to try. It was so light weight that it floated when water is running. When I got this, I noticed how sturdy it feels in the hand. Good quality. It fits the drain perfectly. Works great, nice heavier weight, I am happy with this purchase and so will you !
