> 3 dayThe PCB is bented! Those chips are soldered with very small tolerances and when the PCB is bent like that there is risk in short life of the solderjoins resulting in a dead drive. This picture was taken BEFORE the drive was installed and there were no sign of the package had been opened so it seems SK Hynix are having som production issues, very worrying!

> 3 dayThis drive performs as expected but where it really shines is with power efficiency. If you go read the review for this drive on Anandtech, you will see that the power efficiency is unheard of. It far surpasses any other NVMe drive available and in many cases, is more efficient than SATA drives, all while having the performance of a PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe SSD. If you are shopping for a laptop drive, this is the one to get. Look no further as this will preserve battery life better than any other drive while still delivering top tier performance. It is a little more than other drives on the market, but its worth it. It also has a 5 year warranty, which is the same as other premium SSDs like the Samsung offerings.

> 3 dayInstalled via an Inatek M.2 PCIe adapter (found here on Amazon) on an X58 Classified 4-Way with no issues. Idles at around 44 Celsius but thats near what some RAM cards put out. Using it in a big Thermaltake tower and its temperature is not affecting the case temperature at all. Cant be used as a boot drive w/the native X58 BIOS but theres a workaround out there for those who would want that capability. All in all, completely pleased with this upgrade.

> 3 dayDoesn’t come with the M2 screws to mount and also doesn’t come with the software. However, if you google the cloning software name in the listing you’ll find the download link. Ultimately, a solid value for a nice drive. But would be so much better if they included a screw and the download link for the software. Cloning software was a breeze to use.

> 3 dayWhat can I say about this m.2? I have nothing but praise for this ssd and it definitely preforms insanely well without over heating (my guess is the 128 layer NAND made it more energy efficient so it can produce more power without generating as much heat as previous generation 96 or lower layer ssd). I mostly only game on my pc so this is a great way to future proof my storage since all next generation consoles are switching to ssd with similar speeds and since the 30 series video cards saved pc gaming its worth the investment.

> 3 dayThe drive works amazingly, but it is nearly impossible to get the driver and software because their website is almost impossible to access. And when you finally manage to access the website, you have to trick it to access the downloads, or it will just crash giving a 404 error. Once you manage to get to the downloads part of the website and start downloading the software, it downloads at 30KBPS, and stops downloading after a couple of minutes. I tried at different networks, different computers. There are many people at Reddit who has the same issue with their buggy and slow website. So... The drive is great, but support is bad, no drivers, no software... What a bummer.

> 3 dayEasy install. Read and write speeds are as claimed. Good storage capacity for the price.
