> 3 dayI wanted to add a reasonably fast and reasonably priced NVMe SSD to my editing machine for use exclusively as a scratch drive. My system drive, also an NMVe SSD, had been handling scratch duty and while it was working just fine, I couldnt help but worry about the thrashing it was taking. Its a lot easier to replace an end-of-life drive that has nothing but transient data on it than one that also contains an OS, programs, projects, etc. (backed-up of course, but time is money).

Greater than one weekI only knew SK hynix as a company that sells memory for PCs or smartphones, but now I see they’re selling consumer SSDs on Amazon. It seems they may not have been long in the consumer market since they still offer SATA drives. Upon reading through the reviews on the SATA models and some Google search, I learned that SK hynix’s newest SSDs are built on the world’s first 128-layer NAND flash technology and wanted to know more. The product descriptions were also very concise and easy to read.

Greater than one weekI bought this for my laptop when I was nearing my storage capacity. All I had to do was unscrew the bottom, pop it into the drive, and turn the laptop on again. After that I formatted it very easily based off of some Youtube Videos and I was all set! I now had another TB of space to store my data, and games that I played began to load faster as I transferred the bulk of my files to the new drive. Excellent product!

> 3 dayFast, efficient NVME drive. Debated between a couple and this had the balance of value ($109) and performance. Other, cheaper drives would get substantially hotter. This is perfect for lower power consumption needs.

> 3 dayThis SSD is compatible with my computer and I have to say I’m happy with my purchase. I bought this on sale for $107. It’s a great SSD and is very fast. When I installed windows 10 I had about 930gb left. Which isn’t bad at all. I’m not saying the standard price isn’t reasonable but I would suggest for you to try and get this on sale like any other product. If you can. 10/10 Product
