> 3 dayI’m actually impressed with these. They really do cancel outside noise. When you turn it on it cancels out a lot of outside noise. Not sure how that works though but it’s really neat. And when you put on music or anything else - you truly can’t hear anything else. Which is saying a lot because my fiancé is very boisterous but I can be in the same room where he’s gaming and I can’t hear him. These headphones are fantastic! Well worth it!

> 3 dayI LOVE MY HEADPHONES! These are FANTASTIC! I can still hear some things with the noise cancelling on, but it is definitely a lot quieter. Sound quality and comfort is fantastic. They are Bluetooth and connect really well, and they come with an aux connection if youd rather do that. It doesnt seem like they do the noise cancelling when connected to aux though, but thats not a problem for me. They are pretty comfortable, they start to irritate me after about 3 hours, but thats pretty good because I am very sensitive. I also wear glasses and they work great with them. 100% recommend. Great product!

> 3 dayI only use these headphones for the gym and wanted a improvement over the Bose qc45s lack of bass. These headphones feel nearly identical to the much more expensive bose with at least double the bass. They are just as light and sound the same pretty much. Super comfy and not as hot for the gym. The noise canceling is absolute garbage. It’s actually quieter with it off than it is on. The buttons are pretty bad as well. Everything is better on the bose except bass and price. For that reason I’m sticking with the skull candy.

> 3 dayI bought these because of a very noisy neighbor who sits next to me at the office. Theyre fairly comfortable although, as expected, the area around my ears are a bit sore after wearing them all day. With the noise cancelling mode on, they are greatly effective at neutralizing low-pitched sounds (i.e. the droning of the HVAC, talking, any moans and groans; my neighbor lives life loudly). However, there is a limit to the range of frequencies that these headphones can cancel, higher pitched sounds still come through, albeit dampened. Id still prefer not to hear clacking on the keyboard, snack bags/wrappers, and cups being slammed on the desk. So the headphones help, but they could be better. I should add that this assessment is just with noise cancelling, sometimes with binaural beats playing at a low volume; I dont typically play music while working since Im not often doing tasks that allow me to zone out and work on auto-pilot. When there is an opportunity to listen to music, well, Skullcandy never disappoints.

> 3 daySkullcandy’s description says it all: wireless simplicity with noise canceling. These aren’t headphones for audiophiles who want to control and customize every sound option. These are headphones for people who want affordable Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and decent sound output. I’ve noticed the ANC works better when I’m listening to music rather than if I’m watching a tv show or movie to cancel out the background noise in my home. If I am watching a show, I can hear someone else watching a video in the next room; the noise of their video is cut about 75-80%. If I have music on, the noise of their video is cut about 90-100%, depending on the type of music. Switching ANC on and off is easy. The headphones have a dedicated button for that, one second press to turn on, one second press to turn off. So it’s very quick if I need to hear someone speaking. The button has a raised open circle (◯) on it, so once you get used to the different symbols on the buttons, it’s very easy to feel it. The headphones also provide audio indicators (“Noise cancelling off/on”) when turning the ANC on and off. The other buttons include + for volume up/track forward, ⚫ for power/play/pause, and -- for volume down/track back. I’ve used Skullcandy headphones for years when working outside, and I really like that they keep using physical buttons. I find physical buttons so much easier to use and know what button I’m pressing. Sound quality is okay. I’ve noticed that the bass seems punchy, like I can feel it echoing against my ears. I don’t often mess with sound profiles, but this is a case where I would try to reduce the bass for my audio comfort. Otherwise, the sound is average to good. The headphones stayed in place on my head, from sitting at my desk to walking around the house, folding laundry, and putting it away. I didn’t try with intensive activity, but as I mentioned above, I’ve used the previous versions of Skullcandy Hesh for working outside and they stay put. These look and feel almost identical to my old Hesh headphones, so I’m confident these will perform the same. They are tight; I sometimes get a headache when wearing them. The headphones charge via USB-C. The box includes a USB cable and an audio cable. I used the headphones for about a week, probably 20 hours, before needing to charge. I like that I can get 3 hours of use with a 10 minute charge, very handy for if I’m going somewhere and forgot to charge ahead of time.
