I purchased this bag for travel. I usually pack a travel backpack and then take a purse-like bag to stow under the seat on my flight. Im not much of a purse girl, and I prefer kind of rugged, utilitarian bags even in my professional life. When a trip involves short hikes or lots of walking, I usually opt for a day pack, but I wanted to try a crossbody bag on my next trip. This will fit the bill. As other reviews have noted, there is storage galore--plenty of room for my tablet, a sketchbook, a point and shoot camera, a wrap or light sweater and snacks...everything Ill need on the plane or on day trips. While some might dislike the flap, it makes it more secure in places where pickpockets frequent. The strap is heavy duty, which is great since other bags often fall short in this category. While its a bit stiff, I feel like it will loosen up over time (I kind of feel like running over it with my car a few times, though just to loosen it up). I purchased the charcoal grey/black bag but probably should have opted for the olive or tan instead. I know this is a unisex bag, but I think this color might be a bit too masculine for my taste. The size is perfect. I looked at a similar bag from Duluth, but it was too large.

I gave this bag to my 20 year old grandson and he loves it. He uses it every day .,holds all the things he likes to have at hean. No more bulging jean pockets,

At when I first got the bag, one of the zippers were broken yet repairable. Literally a week later, one of the main pocket zipper breaks and I cannot fix it. So now I have a bag with an open pocket that cannot be zipped closed.

Sturdy. Fit a lot of things. Great for travel.

Let me tell you this. It can hold a lot. Like I have a tablet and phone charged up the wall that it holds. However for me it’s a bit to big. I mean I’m glad I can put everything in it but I have so much room I tend to loose items in it. So if I’m traveling for more than a day it would be nice to hold everything. But for day to day use it’s not so good for me.

Love the bag. We use it for a lunch bag and a travel bag.
