> 3 dayOnly one of them worked out of the set of 2 I received. Couldnt get the second one to activate or connect to Internet. Now its just sitting in my house not doing anything. Sucks! But the other plus works great!

> 3 dayThese plugs are easy to set up, work exactly as expected and dont require a hub (you can control with an app).

> 3 dayHave only used it for a week or so, (may have to come back after I have used them for a while), but they seem to work just fine. It was a little tricky setting up the first one, you have to use a separate app, and then it imports to the Alexa app, and then is available to your Alexa devices. The second one went much more smoothly and just linked itself right up. Each socket represents itself as 1 device to Alexa, and then both sockets together as another device. So ultimately each plug will register as 3 devices on your Alexa, just to help out anyone struggling. I have one plug controlling two appliances in my kitchen, freeing up an extra socket now. I have also now set up a routine for either of those appliances (like my coffeemaker) so it can turn itself on and off on a schedule. The other plug went onto a socket under my bed so now I can control the lamps on either side without having to struggle to find the switches when they slip under the bed. So all in all, great purchase! Thinking of grabbing some more!

Greater than one weekHalf of them didnt work out of the box. Sent them back and ordered again with same results. I would say my skill level is above average and I easily got them set up and paired. After a few days some of them stopped working with Alexa. Even using the Alexa app it would seem like everything is fine but turning it on and off did nothing to the plug. From the gosund app it will turn on and off but my routines are set up through Alexa so that is not really helpful. All of my lights go off at bedtime except the ones plugged into these plugs. I dont believe that it is human error because they were working properly for a few days and then just stopped.

> 3 dayEasy to set up, and I like that they are controlled individually or together. Even after an interruption in the internet for several hours, they went right on like nothing happened. Work perfectly with my echo dot.

> 3 dayIf you plan on connecting to Alexa, dont create your Gosund account using Google (or Facebook) log in. I wasnt able to sign in to the Gosund account during the process of linking Gosund and Alexa. I almost returned the plugs out of frustration. It doesnt give you information that this may be a problem nor does it give you the option to login via Google or Facebook during the linking process. I had to disconnect the smartplug, log out of the Gosund app and create a new Gosund account with a different email and password. It linked very easily then.
