Bought the two pack and just about a month later, they both started acting funny. Google assistant quit recognizing them. Now the SmartLife app won’t recognize them. A top 10 best smart outlet google search said these were among the best. They were wrong. Spend a little more money and find something else.

These have been very iffy at best. The one devise is constantly “offline” requiring it to be reseated frequently. I can only hope the ones I bought me father-in-law are working better for him.

Alexa constantly complains that there is no response from the device. When I try to connect to the outlet through the mobile application it also shows offline I have set it up all over each time. it is 5 ft from my wifi router. when I come home and it is dark I cant even turn on the lamp I have to go to find the outlet and push a button so it will come on all in the dark. I have tried 6 other wifi router on the same wifi network. Alexa is working but not the plugs. I glad it was not in an emergency.

SUPER simple setup! Works great with the Smart Life app & Google Home Mini. I had it voice command working with Google Assistant within minutes.

You get what you pay for. Constantly losing wifi connection. Backend constantly not responding meaning app/alexa cant control it. Especially problematic over the holidays when it frequently gives the backend server has no free connections error. No problems with any other smart device except these guys. Spend a few more dollars for something reliable.

Wow! This product amazed me, very easy yo set up with your phone app and then linkit it with google home... Tip: The first time. U set up these cuties put the phone as much closer as you can from the plug. I Had issues trying to connect it the first time i tried, always gave me failed messsge, once I put the phone close to the plug and link it... Easy breeze!! What I really like about these. Is that you dont have to buy anything extra and u can convert ur old lamps into a smart ones... Recommended...now I need more.. Lol.... Share the permission with with my dad and sister into theirs phones as well is a very convenient way to get your home smarter

Easy to set up. Works great with my Google Home Mini. I had the devices set up very quickly once I put my phone on the 2.4mhz channel on my wireless. I used these for the lamps in my front entry way. Now when I walk in the door and say hey google, Im home the lights come on and if I forget to turn them off, I can easily check the status of the outlet and turn them off through my app anywhere I have cell signal and a data connection.

Ordered these after purchase of a different brand was nonfunctional. These work like a charm. I use them with my Google home.
