Greater than one weekWe downloaded the app & after several tries in locations all over the house, the plugs never did work. I was hopeful that this would be an easy product to use; however, the return & refund process was easy.

02-06-2025Set up was fairly easy. Probably really easy if I had read the instructions. But once I figured it out, it was less than 10 minutes start to finish. Now my Christmas lights are on a timer.

Greater than one weekTried everything in the walkthrough to try to get these to work. Couldnt get past connecting to WiFi. Each time a failed to add message popped up. Tried both AP mode and Normal. Tried different networks all 2.4GHz with no luck. Given up at this point, if I have nothing better to do and hours to spare maybe Ill try playing around with it again. But currently these are totally useless.

> 3 dayI have these synced with my Google Home Mini. Plug the Smart Plug into an outlet and then plug your light (or whatever else) into the Smart Plug. I have them on my living room and dining room lights in my apartment. I just tell my Google Mini turn on the dining room light, turn on all of the lights, etc.

Greater than one weekI got these to sync with my Alexa so I can turn on a light when I walk in the door/room. I have tried and tried, looked up tips and still cannot sync these. I am able to sync other things, my alexa doesnt even see these. I wouldnt spend the money.

Greater than one weekAs a geek, this took embarrassingly too long to get working. 1. Create an account on the smartlife website noted in the instructions 2. Install the smartlife app 3. Plug in the smartlife plug with a device plugged into it. 4. Log into the app. 5. Scan for devices from the app. 6. Install the smartlife skill in the Alexa app 7. Name the plug something like Room Light 8. Alexa, turn on the Room Light and it should work. I only wish I could find a use for more than 1...

> 3 dayI like these smart plugs. Had a little trouble setting up the first time, but the rest were easy. One did not work so I returned them and bought 2 more.
