Only three stars because one of the 2 worked like a charm. Easy and quick set up and works great with the Google Home, but the other one did not work. Tried many many times, but would not let me get to the blinking mode to connect. I believe it is defected. Emailed them and was told to take a video of the item to show that it would not start blinking. I’m hoping the only one can be returnable and doesnt have to be the both of them, as the other one is working great and hoping the replacement is easy...

I like these smart plugs. Had a little trouble setting up the first time, but the rest were easy. One did not work so I returned them and bought 2 more.

Do not buy. Shorted two lamps. Worked fine for a few month then the first lamp died. So thinking it was a faulty lamp, I bought another lamp and within 3 minutes it too was dead.

You get what you pay for. Constantly losing wifi connection. Backend constantly not responding meaning app/alexa cant control it. Especially problematic over the holidays when it frequently gives the backend server has no free connections error. No problems with any other smart device except these guys. Spend a few more dollars for something reliable.

Good smart plug , I had used for about a week ,it has used well and very convenient.

Absolutely love these. Not an Alexa user so Im paying for features I do not want which is why it lost a star. The other more basic plugs are no longer available. Integration with my phone is an easy set up if you already have other Smartlife features. I remember the first app download set up was a tad cumbersome but is worth the time invested.

Great until they’re not.... they are wonderful while they work but after 4-6 months they stop working. They will only turn on and off with voice control and the timer setting on these will just stop working.

After 3 weeks of daily use, these continue to work perfectly and exactly like the more expensive ones I bought before finding these. Set up was so easy once I stopped over thinking it and watched a YouTube vid on how to do it. I will definitely be ordering more. Ill report back if anything changes.
