I was hoping these would be a great alternative to the genuine Winix filter, but the plastic toxic smell makes me think these arent healthy. The smell of these cheap filters kept my 5500-2 showing red. Put my genuine Winix filter back in until the genuine replacements arrive, sent these back immediately.

Just like the originals and who doesnt like to save a buck or two? Will purchase again.

These filters are amazing. They fit perfectly in my Winix 5500-2 air purifier and they make the air quality so much better. The HEPA filters are great at trapping allergens and the activated carbon pre-filters help reduce odors. Im so happy with this purchase!

These fit my air purifier nicely but the initial odor of the carbon filter was really, really strong. Lasted about two days before the smell went away. will not order from this vendor again.

Prefer infused charcoal filter rather than underfilled cHarcourt cells

The charcoal filter is very similar to the original and the filter quality seems good. But the filter is too short for Winnix-2 leaving a small opening gap on the top. My only concern is dusts (and the dust from the charcoal filter itself) would get inside the machine from the gap. I would give it 5 stars if the filter is made 1/2 taller/longer. The fact there is opening gap for dust to get in, I am deducting 3 stars.
