> 3 dayIve gone through my share of endmills and they always burn up as with a 24k rpm spindle, going less than 3000RPM is not easy as the torque available is almost nil. I bought one of these for hardened steel and stainless steel I needed to mill and this endmill Ive got actual cutting time so far 6 hours contact in hardened steel and 11 hours in stainless steel total and this still cuts like a hot knife through room temperature butter. 3137 rpm at around 650mm/min works great in either metal. 1st order from this company and wont be my last, in fact all my purchases will be from this company.

> 3 dayI ordered a set of high-speed steel bits and found them to be woefully inadequate. I ordered and received these bits to find that they are sharp and cut much cleaner than the HSS. I strongly recommend buying these as individual components versus the set I bought direct from the mill manufacturer.

> 3 dayI use this as a router bit and its incredible. Ive routed fir, oak, mahogany, aluminum, brass, and thin mild steel. After 3 months of occasional use (only about 5 minutest a day averaged out) its still about as sharp as new. I use it primarily to open up strike plates for customers whose doors arent closing properly and its been a godsend. Try it out; what have you got to lose?
