> 24 hourYou will have to assemble this mop. It’s easy to do. Two different squeegee sizes are a good idea. Scrubber end is machine washable. My only complaint is that the pole pieces loosen while in use. Scrubber end is secured with Velcro do it loosens while in use. I like the flexibility of the head of the mop which makes it easier to clean large outdoor windows.

> 24 hourThis is okay. Im short, but I have tall windows. I thought it might help me keep them clean a little better. It mostly just streaked them the first time I used them, but at least I was able to get some of the gunk off of the windows. Better than nothing but could be better. Update: The company contacted me and expressed their regret about my experience with their product. Ive got to say, their customer service is phenomenal.

> 24 hourSmaller than I expected and the microfiber thin, but it snaps together tight. I have a metal version of this and my cleaning lady scratched all my windows . That’s why I switched to this plastic squeegee. Hopefully this Plastic squeegee doesn’t scratch. Today I used it dry to quick dust my walls/modelings and it’s good!

> 24 hourPole and extension = 4 stars. Pads = 5 stars. Squeegee = 1 star (or none) Rubber squeegee is thick on both ends insufficient for removing the fine water film on windows to remove streaks and water spots. No tapered edge. That’s the whole point! Lol.
