> 24 hourThe package arrived in a box and bubble wrapped. It included all the tools except cleaning wipes for the digitizer. I did not think I would need any as most screens come with a plastic protector. There was one on the front but there was not one on the back. I searched for and looked close to see if there was a protector but could not identify one. I noticed small debris and tried to wipe it with a micro cloth and it looked clean. After installing it and removing the front protective layer it was clear I could see scratches on the digitizer back. After taking a photo with a flash I noticed lots of dust also. There are many more mirco scratches on the digitizer that the camera does not pick up or show when the iPad is on. But when it’s dark you definitely you can see them all. The package did come with a glass protector but, no wipes.

> 24 hourEverything arrived as described in a very well padded container. I followed the instructions from a YouTube video with no issues. I was able to lift the cracked screen off with very little breakage. Installed the new screen and reassembled the iPad but the adhesive. Turned the iPad on but swiping would not work. I finally tried it vertical (camera at the bottom), the bottom two keyboard rows would work but not the top. I was able to swipe to the iPad but touching any app symbol would not work. Took it apart and tried reassembling it with the same results. Not sure if I did something wrong….. will try another screen. UPDATE: Second screen arrive today. Tried reinstalling the old severely cracked screen - no luck there. Tried the new screen with the same results. Something else must have gone wrong with the iPad. UPDATE - I have updated the original 3 stars to 5 stars because of the prompt response by sellers and their suggestions for troubleshooting along with the willingness to make it right.

> 24 hourGetting the old screen off was the hardest part. Once it was off the rest was a breeze.
