The package arrived in a box and bubble wrapped. It included all the tools except cleaning wipes for the digitizer. I did not think I would need any as most screens come with a plastic protector. There was one on the front but there was not one on the back. I searched for and looked close to see if there was a protector but could not identify one. I noticed small debris and tried to wipe it with a micro cloth and it looked clean. After installing it and removing the front protective layer it was clear I could see scratches on the digitizer back. After taking a photo with a flash I noticed lots of dust also. There are many more mirco scratches on the digitizer that the camera does not pick up or show when the iPad is on. But when it’s dark you definitely you can see them all. The package did come with a glass protector but, no wipes.

Unbelievably easy I love it. My tablet screen was damaged for yearrrrrs!! It took me 2hrs maybe less to change it.

Unfortunately, it does not come with written directions and I followed YouTube after I broke cables underneath it it would have been perfect.

I was peeling off the protective layer that was on the inner surface of the touchscreen. When I got to the bottom half of the screen, the touch panel pieces separated, rendering the new touchscreen useless. It will no longer sense touch. I will contact the seller in hopes of getting an exchange for this item. It doesnt seem as durable as others I have replaced.

This product is great and repaired my old IPAD2. I am not a tech person at all, so it took me about 2 hours to do it. You need to give yourself a lot of time and to be sure you dont damage some parts on the underside as you take off the glass. IT helps to watch a video on YouTube to help you as you go along. With that being said, other than taking a long time, its easy to do and follow. You do need to make sure the glass is flush against the body of the iPad to let it sit overnight to set, otherwise you may experience ghost tapping on the Ipad. The next morning everything was fine and working perfectly. Thanks for a safe product.

Adhesive wasnt as good as original. Tools were very cheap. Overall, it did the job.

Came in the box in perfect condition not even five minutes after fixing my iPad everything was perfect again
