> 3 daytried these to remove a gas block off of an AR and had hopes it could do that for me... was way too soft.. they were ruined in no time.. get the Starrett set if you want quality that will last.

> 3 dayOkay, what can be said about a nail set? If theyre not well made theres probably a lot to be said, especially during the course of the job - and be sure the wife and kids arent around to hear what youre saying as you throw it across the room. But that doesnt apply to these, this is a well made set. The tips are slightly concave to give a good seat for the nail head and the striking ends are nice and flat to ensure good contact with the peen of the hammer. I also like the size and coarseness of the knurled body, it ensures a good, firm grip. I havent used them a great deal so far - just the door and window frames in a one room remodeling job at home - but its nice to know Ive got a quality tool for future use on my next project.

19-11-2024The name says it all. A trusted brand in your tool bag puts the rewards of your labor in your pocket. A must to fine tune/finish a build.

Greater than one weekLike several reviewers I was disappointed to find out it was made in China. I usually check out reviews in detail and scrutinize products but bought on impulse after seeing the photo of the product with “USA” on it and high overall rating. Nowhere on the page in product details or anywhere else does it mention made in China. I’ve been going to my local hardware stores lately vs. shopping on Amazon for this reason. Can’t trust them anymore.

Greater than one weekMade in china.... See the photo of the product clearly states USA. I have found a single;e one as packed that is USA made so they exist. False advertising. Avoid Quality Distributing LLC

> 3 dayI needed a strong set of nail setters since my last one broke. After searching on Home Depots website and Amazon, I stumbled on these. When they arrived I tried them on a few nails that needed to be set deeper in some stairs. These did not disappoint, they are strong and durable. I was surprised that they worked so well. After several blows with a hammer the paint has not chipped. This is a product that I highly recommend.

> 3 dayI bought this nail setter set to replace one Ive had for years and have lost somewhere. I used the largest and smallest ones from this set on a project and by the end of the day, setting a total of about 50 nails, both the largest and smallest had began to mushroom out on the tip. I remember when Stanley was a respectable brand for DIYers but obviously that is no longer the case. If you plan to use your nail setters more than once then look somewhere else.
