I have used the mop once and seems satisfactory so far. Will rate the product after few onre uses. One of the mop pads was defective and threads coming out. I had messaged seller thro amazon for mop replacement but so far no response from seller after over two weeks. Poor customer service. will consider returning the whole unit if no response. Ramesh

I was excited to but this product after seeing it on tiktok, once it arrived I used it immediately and were extremely happen with what it did for my hardwood floors. Cant wait to try out its other abilities for steaming but curtains and carpet

I love this steam mop. I have laminate, hardwood floors, and grouted tile floors throughout my house. This cleans/disinfects all surfaces easily. The cord is long which is helpful. There is a control to adjust the steam/temp. I wish the water reservoir held more but it does get most of the job done. Comes with 2 easy to wash cloths, a bunch of hand held attachment for deeps cleaning, toys, furniture, stoves, windows, air fryers, ECT. Highly recommend.

Good quality and easy to use heats up quickly and easy to install. The only thing I dont like about it is the mop, it has a frame that holds the mop cloth and I think it scratches my wood floor

I was 14. First, steam mop and came across this one and I was skeptical because of the discounted price. When I got it I instantly fell in love with it! Its very lightweight and easy to put together and it really does get the job done. Ive seen the other comments saying that the tools were out quickly, if you let the steam do the work and not the brush so much. Your tools last longer. I didnt notice they have replacement tools you can purchase which I think is fantastic.

It’s versatility

I bought this for 2 different things: 1-My shower doors have hard water stains on them and I am worried about scrubbing them too hard. The cleaner can have its handles removed so you can use it like a DustBuster vacuum but with steam. You need to be careful because the cord is a little heavy so you have to plan around this. The actual steam it produces is very good-better than some of the other cheaper steam cleaners Ive owned. 2-The handle attached allows it to be a steam floor cleaner (like a cordless vac but with steam). The capacity is the key as many steamers have very little water capacity. This one is good. The attachments are nice but not sure Ill use most of them. The 2 included Terry cloth covers are nice and can be washed of course. Last bit of advice-keep the box it came in. Once youre done with using it, theres a lot of stuff to keep track of. I disassemble the handle and throw it all back into the box and keep it in the garage.

I love how fast this mop heats the water up, makes mopping so easy and actually enjoyable. No messy buckets or soap, so I feel about not putting chemicals on my floor. I really love this mop and now I look forward to using it!
