So disappointed in this product. I have tried to contact the seller and amazon because my item was slashed upon arrival. I have gotten no response, cannot return my purchase and now I am out $200+ with a useless piece of luggage. I would not recommend this product based on poor quality and poor customer service.

I bought this to replace a set Ive had for many years. The inside pocket didnt snap in place on one side. The clothing strap broke the first time. I took the tassels off so not to be damaged during my travel on the airplane. Its a very attractive set. The wheels work very well. I used this for one trip and returned the set. Ill go back to the maker of my previous set.

First use and the zipper is tearing from the body a little bit.

The set if luggage is beautiful!

Tassel broke off during travel and the second (mid-sized) bag and largest have a defect in the zipper and the mid-sized has never been used! Cheap stitching and zippers for such a lofty price!

I ordered this as a high school graduation gift for my granddaughter.she used the large piece immediately to fly overseas. When she arrived the luggage had been ripped at the seam. I need to rerun the set and buy her a better quality luggage,

Horrible...Traveled from the U.S. to Greece...Medium luggage and large luggage handle bent and broke! Out concierge from Greece through Italy had to carry them on their backs like an animal, while we stayed @ 5 star resorts. It was BEYOND humiliation for us. The apologies on out behalf and explaining we just bought this luggage became embarrassing, along with the extra tip money we by all means needed to give! I wrote the vendor they said return it...guess what? When you prepare, buy luggage and have a 18 dat Vaca...The 30 day window closed! OF COURSE!!! We bought the gray set and it came off the airline so stained from other luggage wheels, etc. Not to mention all tassels attached were hone from JFK to Athens Greece. Live and learn I guess
