So disappointed in this product. I have tried to contact the seller and amazon because my item was slashed upon arrival. I have gotten no response, cannot return my purchase and now I am out $200+ with a useless piece of luggage. I would not recommend this product based on poor quality and poor customer service.

I receive my suitcases earlier this month. I took my first trip with them on March 17, 2017. When my suitcase arrived at the airport it was coming apart at the seam. The airport refused to pay for damages because they said it was a manufacturer defect because anything that comes apart at the seams on the first trip is not an airport issue. I do agree with the airport it is poor workmanship.

Bought this set in Teal color to match the other set. So far holding up.

Wheels show all three pieces were used & the someone wrote something on the side of one suitcase. All the suitcases shiw scratches. It was described as brand new but obviously used.

Warehouse finally came thru, after one return, I took another chance and I received all 3 cases, each one was more perfect and beautiful than the next! Really well made and hold so much plus I got a super deal getting them used!

Believe the other reviews regarding the color. These are most definitely a nasty seafoam green and not gray as described.

I have watched this Madden, as have I the Kathy Van Zeeland luggage sets for months, comparing , prices, pieces, colors and availability. I jumped on this three piece set (“used in good condition”) because of the astounding price reduction being more than $100. As a “not afraid of color” individual I had ultimately passed on all of the black collections although in these brands, even black pieces are distinctive. I like change, and had decided to set aside my vintage Ventura, 50 years old; but still in good condition. The only hint that this was an “available at other prices” was that it was cased up in a box for a different brand upon arrival. This Madden set is brand new, huge, and will easily hold double that of the average 28” suitcase. As opposed to the photographic depiction on Amazon the very deep purple color offered is brighter and yet not loud. No one coulf perceive it as the usual black or occasional navy blue luggage on the carousel at the airport.

Love this luggage! I bought it for my daughter for her birthday and she couldnt have been happier!
