No complaints...looks and works as advertised.

This is a beautiful set. It looks more expensive than it is, the sizes are perfect. I love that I can now choose from different sizes based on our travel length. So far I have only used two of them to travel by car so they still look great. Hopefully when we start flying again they will hold up fine. This is my main reason for choosing the black but also chose it for the standout details of the tan color. Easier to spot on the carousel Im sure. I will definitely remove the tassels for flying. I can see them getting destroyed. I have no regrets and would highly recommend and buy again. I will update after our first flying experience with them. Btw. This is my wife writing this review. Hahaha.

Horrible...Traveled from the U.S. to Greece...Medium luggage and large luggage handle bent and broke! Out concierge from Greece through Italy had to carry them on their backs like an animal, while we stayed @ 5 star resorts. It was BEYOND humiliation for us. The apologies on out behalf and explaining we just bought this luggage became embarrassing, along with the extra tip money we by all means needed to give! I wrote the vendor they said return it...guess what? When you prepare, buy luggage and have a 18 dat Vaca...The 30 day window closed! OF COURSE!!! We bought the gray set and it came off the airline so stained from other luggage wheels, etc. Not to mention all tassels attached were hone from JFK to Athens Greece. Live and learn I guess

Luggage came as pictured. The gray is very light, its sure to get quite dirty, but I like it. The tassels and accents are so nice. This luggage will definitely stand out at the airport! We plan to use this set for an overseas move, fingers crossed it holds up.

Handle will not raise after 6 mos.

Warehouse finally came thru, after one return, I took another chance and I received all 3 cases, each one was more perfect and beautiful than the next! Really well made and hold so much plus I got a super deal getting them used!

This luggage is a solid set. Well made and the color was nice and bold; theres no way Im missing my luggage when I travel again. The spinners and zippers are very sturdy and the material is high quality. Highly recommend.

Bought this set in Teal color to match the other set. So far holding up.

Love these! I am a huge Steve Madden fan and own numerous pieces of luggage by this brand. I already used the medium one for a trip, and checked the bag with numerous transfers. It still looks new! Plus it was still different enough to identify at baggage claim while still being neutral. Big plus! Only negative is trying to get everything to stack inside of each other is hard. I was really concerned I was going to break something and fear this will cause more wear than actual travel. I plan on stacking the smallest bag in the largest and storing the medium outside to help with that issue. It’s very snug!
