The luggage is gorgeous, especially the Purple Sparkle color! Very roomy, cant wait to use it!

The color is completely off. The harlo gray looks green and arrived scuffed all over.

I was a little hesitant to purchase the set because of the price . I am on a plane 40 weeks a year and needed some thing that would last . I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of all three pieces. The only complaint I have so far is the middle piece handle does not lock in a position that is where I want it. It’s a little too low or a little too high, but if that’s all I ever have to worry about, it a great value

I purchased this luggage for our daughter who has a lot of travel coming up in the next year. Shes in her mid twenties so I wanted something fashionable, yet sturdy. This Steve Madden set fit the bill. It is a little heavier empty than I thought it would be but maybe the sturdiness is the reason. It doesnt look like every other bag that will roll off the baggage claim belt and the wheels on all pieces look like good strong wheels. Only time will tell as to how long it lasts. There is a 10 year limited warranty. Ill see what it covers! Our daughter loves it! That is what matters!

Very satisfied with this purchase. The versatility of the product allows me to pick and choose what I want to take on my trips. I have plenty of room for my things and the product does not damage easily.

This item is classified as preposition 65 as “cancer and reproductive health warning”. As a scientist and a mother, I am of course returning it, but the preposition 65 should have been posted in a description of this item

It’s very difficult to find a luggage set with shoe pockets rather than just flat mesh on the inside front cover, so I really wanted to love these. Luggage is biased for the business traveler and plane crew, who want that flat mesh to prevent wrinkles on a set of work clothes but vacationers don’t necessarily need that. Vacationers aren’t usually wearing suits and business casual clothing, and would end up ironing nice clothes after arrival anywhere they stayed if needed. For me, flat mesh on the inside front cover is useless, so I want shoe pockets on the inside front cover where my shoes and sandals aren’t going to float around and get crushed by being in a shoe bag within the main compartment. Organizationally, I loved this set, but the poor quality wheels and handles have me looking for a replacement set. I used these on a two week vacation where we stayed in 3 locations, so had to pack and repack several times on that trip and along with layovers round trip, this set got put through it’s paces. Under seat cons: The under seat bag only fit on an Alaska Airline plane in the middle or window seat. The aisle seat had a much smaller foot area, so I had to switch to the middle seat to use it. This was disappointing to not be able to use it on any seat. Luckily I could switch seats with my traveling partner or I would have had to place it in the overhead compartment, where it’s items would not have been accessible. Then it’s whole purpose would have been lost. Wheels: Once the under seat bag was placed on top of the carry on, it became difficult to move as the load become front heavy. The set kept wanting to fall forward and I could only roll them front forward when holding the top on both sides to keep the rolling steady. When I tried to roll them on their sides using the handle, the set kept veering to roll at a 45 degree angle, which was awkward. Trying to get the wheels to move on low carpet was very difficult and took brute strength to pull it through. While I loved the organization with many pockets, the wheels and wobbly nature of the handles has me looking for a new set. Unfortunately, the return window closed for these by the time I returned home, so it’s been a big waste of money. Until the manufacturer improves the wheels and handle quality, I’d look elsewhere.

Very durable , went through baggage claim like a champ , great to walk around and easy to pull or push . Recommend!!! Great sizes for each suitcase ! Many zipper pouches for extra storage.
