Love this stuff! I work with children and have always gotten sick easily. Sufficient-C has been a life saver. I take it everyday and it guards me against all the bugs constantly going on. I went from getting sick 2-4 times a year to once a year or not at all. The flavor isn’t too strong and if you want to dilute it with more water you can.
