A friend recommended this and I really like it. I’ve been using it to prevent getting sick which has really helped and have also been giving it to my toddler, in smaller doses, when he has any symptoms which I notice makes a difference. I’m almost out and will buy again.

I like that it is easy to use. Seems to help if I begin to have any cold symptoms, I drink the mix and do feel better by next day. A little too sweet for my personal taste.

This is a good product with good ingredients. Seriously, this fast-dissolving powder makes me feel good immediately. I take it twice a day without fail despite the fact that it is a bit expensive (there is an economy size available). It is very high in Vitamin C, Bromelain, Green Tea Extract & Lysine. The stevia taste is a little strong, so I put it in unsweetened ice tea and it is great and adds lemon flavor. Its perfect for diabetics like me. It is far superior to plain vitamin c powder, in my opinion. Amazing stuff.

Good for you and kids should take it ok... but it tastes like fake sugar to me because its got stevia.. yuck. Its healthy though.
