Greater than one weekI love this stuff. The lemonade-tasting flavor is the one I tried and while I wish I could continue using it, I’m on a grain-free diet and rice hull something or other is one of the ingredients. Would recommend to anyone who is less-restrictive with their diet.

I take it twice a day without fail despite the fact that it is a bit expensive (there is an economy size available). It is very high in Vitamin C, Bromelain, Green Tea Extract & Lysine. The stevia taste is a little strong, so I put it in unsweetened ice tea and it is great and adds lemon flavor. Its perfect for diabetics like me. It is far superior to plain vitamin c powder, in my opinion. Amazing stuff.
