> 3 dayThis drink mix tastes so good it is borderline addicting. I had a house full of walking petri dishes and I managed to stay virus free. I feel energetic and the dryness in my skin has improved. I cant drink it too often because I have a small benign kidney cyst. I feel I need to be cautious because I have heard that too much vitamin c for extended amounts of time can possibly cause kidney stones. I am overall pleased, I only wish there was dosing marks on the little scoop. My teenagers love the taste as well and it seems to help w their seasonal allergies.
