The last batch of Sunlu resin I have gotten in the previous sale has been nothing but trouble. Previously only used Elegoo. Failure rate went through the roof with Sunlu. Sticking on build plate has been VERY difficult and requires HEAVY sanding after each print. Distortion and dialing in the resin has been very difficult and inconsistent. I have learned my lesson the hard way that you get what you pay for...

$21 for 1KG of Resin. Is a good deal. This is great Resin. Prints awesome, cleans off great. Details are amazing. And I didnt even have to mess with any of my machine settings. On my Mars 2 Pro I run at 25 sec. Bottom layer and 2.5 layer. I am printing very thin models and the supports come right off. Great strength and flexibility. If Sunlu can keep there price between $18-$22 for 1KG of resin. This is my go to stuff.

Printed this Minion on a Elegoo Saturn, used the settings of base layer of 60 sec, layers at 5sec, 5 sec delay and movement of 3mm. First the print went well. No gummies left in the tank, and print was clean. Supports removed easily with warm water after an alcohol bath to remove excess resin. Cured out at 5 mins under a UV cure station. In all the print was great, and the experience was what it should be with a resin. Simple, easy to dial in, and the final product was great! Would recommend to any first time resin printer.

Ill admit, I was skeptical, with this resin having a lower price point than the AnyCubic Basic, I wasnt expecting perfection. I have a Phrozen Sonic Mini, and this time of year, Im having to print in 40F weather. Im keeping the resin at the ideal temp with a small heater inside of the printer, but ambient temp in my workshop is way too low to be printing otherwise. So far, Ive gotten excellent results with both the black and white resin, and at faster speeds than Ive been able to achieve with the AnyCubic Basic resin (1.8s exposure vs 3.0!) I recommend this for the value, but bear in mind my review is based on using an older printer model, not a 4k or 8k screen with the associated higher precision.

Tried different settings but no. I think its just a cheap resin and it doesnt cure properly.

This resin gave me great print quality, it cured hard and was not tacky or soft to the touch. The details on my prints came out excellent and we have not had any major or unexpected problems. This is a good resin.

I used the handy specs listed on the bottle and my printers suggestions to make an educated guess. My very first print ever and using this resin with the anycubic Photon M3 Max. I loaded the entire build plate with 40 models. 8.5 hours later perfect. Theres some oder but easily controlled. I would recommend.

Ive been Printing for a year now. Ive used several brands, (Elegoo, Saraya, Anycubic) and decided to give this one a try when it was on sale. After I got the print settings dialed in... Wow! 3 bottles later and its still my go-to with ZERO failures. (lol, not counting user error) and economic to boot. I would say dont be afraid to give this company a try.

I saw this description and misunderstood the product. I incorrectly thought that the product could be used interchangeably as pouring resin as long as it was used with a curing lamp...it does not. Even after several UV light treatments, only the upper layer dried of what was to be simple overlay borders from a silicone mold. Its my own mistake - but I do wish they would be a bit more precise in the non duality of the product - especially since UV pouring resins are becoming so popular.

I print 3d character busts so that I can later paint them. I have purchased sunlu blue and red clear colors, as well as solid white, gray and black. I like that the odor is not too strong and I have been getting good prints with the resins and have different settings that are dialed in for my printer that have been tested with the cones of calibration. All the bottles I have had in the past were SUNLU 3D LCD printing bottles. This one however has a different label missing the 3D LCD printing logo on the bottle. I dont know if I got a knock off or what but it does not come close to the quality of all my other resin. I cant get it to print and stay on the plate, I have increased my base layer exposure times and even increased my normal layers to 4s exposure, lowered lift speeds and retract speeds for base and normal layers to 50, increased light off delay for both layers and you can see the results it just sticks to the FEP. Then I have to cure and clean the wasted print off and try again. Sending it back, not sure what to buy now because I dont want to add over an hour to my prints to just get it to possibly hold on the build plate, then fall mid print. Im glad this isnt my first bottle ever, I would go crazy wondering why my settings dont work, I am 100% certain this is due to the resin as my calibrated settings worked great for the other white SUNLU bottle I had.
