> 3 dayI was looking to purchase outdoor wheels for my roller skates and all I could find were these Sure-Grip Boardwalk wheels, so I went ahead and bought them. They are working great so far! Easy to put on my skates and I love the style. Ive skated about 7 or 8 times on them now, usually on a paved blacktop path with some rougher areas. The wheels handle well over the rough, broken up ground. I expected them to look more worn down by now, just because of those rough areas, but they are keeping quality well. I would buy these wheels again.

> 3 dayWorth the price. The wheels are thick and have been durable as I have been using them on blacktop and smooth concrete. Exceptional wheels.

Greater than one weekThese looked really purple in the photo on Amazon, but when they arrived they were mostly clear with a tinge of blue. Color aside these are great wheels. i love them. They are perfect for quad skating outside. Easily goes over small pebbles and sticks without launching my upper body forward and coming to a grinding halt. I now have a smoother and safer ride.

> 3 dayPART II - The 5/16 bolt / wheel that originally came with my new pair of skates is a 5/16” (corse thread) by 4” in length. Because the original wheels were significantly smaller, the original bolt was too small for the new wheels/bearings. I tried to locate a 4 1/2” long - 5/16” bolt and couldn’t find any after going to two different stores. I ended up buying a 5” long - 5/16” bolt. I purchased self locking nuts and adjusted them so that they were tight enough so that the wheels moved freely but tight enough. Bought new toe-stoppers, leather toe protectors and leather-markers (which haven’t yet arrived) to decor-out my skates! Called the Parks and Rec in our town and they are going to street-sweep the concrete trail - bike-walk-skate path in our town. So excited to decor-out my skates and get out there! Will follow up with a Part III when I actually get to skate.

> 3 dayI bought these after 5 years of skating on indoor style wheels outside. I thought it was a sign of weakness to have different sets of roller skate wheels... so I skated rollerderby and street skated on the same basic 58mm 85a indoor wheels. Tonight i threw these bad boys on, and disvovered it is now a very comfortable ride, like having a spring in your step. Patchy asphalt and loose gravel are no longer a deal breaker. Kinda like a rally car 4x4 with offroad suspension after being used to highway roads. No longer feeling every grain of sand and vibration-- now it feels fun, and relaxing. Thank you.

> 3 dayPerfect for outdoor skating. Remember to buy 16 bearings since each wheel takes 2 bearings. These wheels have gone about 40-60 miles so far and show minimal wear even though I’m nearly 200lbs.
