> 24 hourI know it’s cordless, but it takes several swipes over the same area to lift dirt off the floor. The sweeper part works, but if you turn on a fully charged unit, directly over dirt, I do not get why it won’t vacuum. There is no suction. So it works as long as you are pushing forward, since the pad picks up everything the vacuum leaves behind. Which is . . . A lot. I regret purchasing it, to be honest. It is way too pricey and heavy for a vacuum that has whisper suction. It makes no sense. The reviews were so good. So I had to try. But, to be honest, you can get a powerful brand-name hand/stick cordless unit and follow behind with a Swiffer on stick, and you’d have better value, for half the price. This unit makes no sense. Too heavy to be so unhelpful. The swiffer pads are awesome, as always. So the extra $60 for an attached “vacuum” that legit does nothing more than disturb the top layer of dirt, is a a waste, to me.

> 24 hourWhen I purchased my house, the previous owners left a Swiffer Sweep and Vac. I didn’t think too much about it until I reached for it and it didn’t work. I went online and read reviews and purchased one for myself. I LOVE it! It has just enough battery power to sweep my small house which has mostly vinyl plank flooring.. I always clean the little dust catcher after each use and I’m always surprised by how much it picked up that I could not see on my floor. I will purchase another when this one’s life is over. With my dog and a doggie door, the amount of dirt and leaves tracked in are quite a bit. But, I can’t blame my dog for all the mess! I garden and bring stuff in on my shoes. This little machine is wonderful! I hate reaching for my old vacuum do vacuum the carpet because this is so convenient.

> 24 hourMe and this Swiffer are in a toxic relationship. On one hand, I love it. It’s so convenient. But it also does me dirty. I even put my last one to the curb. But years later I came crawling back and bought a 2nd one…and the vicious cycle began again. Pros: -Cordless, and oh so convenient. Just grab and go. -Light weight and easy to carry around -easy enough for even young kids to use -Gets both the big crumbs and fine dust -Pretty cheap for a cordless product. Cons: -Battery life is awful. You’ll be charging this constantly…but don’t overcharge it. Then it will die sooner. And don’t plug it in to charge before it dies, or that will shorten battery life too (all of these direct from manufacturer)…as well as experience in relationship 1 and 2. -The filter clings to all the dirt and hair. Only heavy objects actually go into the bin. The rest all cling to the filter. It causes a mass of dirt, hair, and crumbs clinging for dear life to a cloth filter. Because the filter is cloth, you cannot just tap it and release…oh no, you are going to have to work to get the mass of everything you’ve just sucked up off this filter. I’ve found a combo of scraping and banging into the trash works best. Don’t mind all the dust that comes flying off into the air or your hands as you deal with this…it will apologize and bring you flowers and you’ll forgive it (until the next time you use it). -Pretty obvious, but you have to buy Swiffer cloths. So this is an added expense, and more waste in the landfills. So overall would I buy it a 3rd time? Maybe. If this one lasts longer. Would I rather have a simple cordless stick vacuum? Also yes, but they’re so expensive and I just can’t justify it. Could I use my amazing Shark Duo Apex to clean the hard floors and stop wasting money on these? Also yes, but ain’t nobody got time for all that nonsense. Could I sweep with a broom? Yes..and I could also wash my clothes on a washboard in a river. It does it’s job. It’s much better than a broom and much more convenient than a full size vacuum. I’m mostly happy. But it could be SO. MUCH. BETTER.

> 24 hourI am so surprised I am now writing this review as I’ve had this vacuum for a few months now. But WOW all i can say is I love this so much! I love how it is wireless so it doesn’t need to be plugged in the wall to vacuum. You just need to charge it whenever the red indicator is blinking. I use this every single day to keep my area tidy. It vacuums so much!

> 24 hourI followed the instructions for charging, and it still has a very low charge life. I like it on my tile floors but I am afraid that it will scratch my hardwood floors. I had one several years ago and liked it that is why I ordered it, instead of a cordless stick vac.

> 24 hourGreat little Swiffer sweep and vac. I have two other competitor vac type products, that are going to the garage sale. I was skeptical at first, but after using it today - wow - Im amazed at how light it is, how powerful (but still quiet), and maneuverable. I love that the vac portion is low profile enough to get under the range, fridge, and other items. I have two dogs that constantly bring in crud from outside through their doggie doors. Im constantly sweeping to keep up with them. This will be my new daily go to item. No more sweeping with the broom, or having to drag out the heavier vacs. This is the perfect item, Ive been wanting, and also uses the swifter pickup pads - Yeah.. Im in love. One word of caution.. Its not a complain... Just a heads up for others. When using the product - the on/off button is on the handle toward the lower end. Its very easy (without realizing it) to slide your had over the button and with minimal pressure you turn of the unit. When it happened to me, I thought that the unit was defective because it was turning on and off... I then, realized that it was me and not the product. Once you know this, its not an issue. Frankly, the manufacturer should make the button a bit less touchy... but, its not a major inconvenience. Additionally, dont over charge, or leave the product plugged in for ever... The manufacturers instructions states the same thing. Mine, charged up completely in less than two hours. The light turned green when it was complete. Use it until the light turns red and then re-charge. Unplug once green, and you are ready to go again. I used mine for my laundry room, dinning, kitchen, and bathrooms, and its still going. I think it will be several days charge usage, but that part I dont know yet. I know someone that has this very same Swiffer/vac and they have used it constantly by charing only when needed and unplugging right afterwards. If you follow this advise it will go and go - if not, it will ruin your battery. Ive included a couple of pictures showing the swifter pad after my initial use. ( I had already cleaned my floors prior to using the swifter) to my surprise, I was amazed at how much dirt it picked up on the pad and in the vac chamber. I also show a picture of how I store mine after use. I also change out the swifter wipes before storing it away, that way its ready for next day & I re-charge if needed. This sweep & vac will be a great daily use product for my Doggie Slave duties - ha ha... Im so happy - I hated sweeping, and then picking up the crud - its all done in one pass - Yeah.
