> 3 dayI was referred to this luggage by a friend. Works perfectly and exactly as described. I only wish it came in the Hunter Green like my Torq. Excellent product and well worth the price.

> 3 dayI am a very frequent traveler (although not in 2020, for obvious reasons). I have been using the same Travel Pro Crew luggage for the last five years and I love this line. It has held up perfectly and, quite honestly, does not need to be replaced. However, Ive been very curious about the recent trend toward hard-sided luggage. To me, hard-sided luggage always looks and feels very 1960s, but I wanted to see what all of the hype is all about. I ordered the Briggs & Riley Sympatico Hardside Spinners in both the 22 carry-on size and the 27 checked bag.

> 3 dayFor years I invested in Samsonite and I did not buy the cheapest model and that turned out to be a waste of money. I love Briggs and Riley. It really is a great bargain and a great piece of travel equipment. Sturdy, easy to push or pull around no mater how heavy I packed it!

> 3 dayI bought as a replacement for an aging TravelPro carry on, and I could not be happier with my decision. The built-in compression system is almost magical, and really makes a difference in how much you can pack. While my travel typically involves 3-4 day business trips, I was able to pack for a week-long family vacation without issue. The bag is light but sturdy with high-quality construction. The wheels rolled exceptionally smoothly, and the variable handle heights were comfortable at multiple levels. While I dont anticipate having to do so any time soon, I will absolutely buy another Briggs & Riley when the time comes.

Greater than one weekThe handle doesn’t work well. It doesn’t always lock into place so randomly lowers while you’re moving it. The button also protrudes more than other bags so it’s easier to hit it when walking. The zipper lock is also quite finicky and doesn’t always push in. The internal design is not great. The zippered section ends up wasting a lot of space because it’s nearly impossible to get anything into the corners. The only good thing about this bag is the compression system, which works pretty well. Overall, much lower quality than what I’m used to from the brand.

> 3 dayAfter recently encountering bed bugs while traveling (pro tip: don’t use Airbnb, they’ll do absolutely nothing to help you if you get bitten by bed bugs since they’re not regulated like hotels - trust me I learned the hard way), I decided to take the precautionary step of throwing away all of my luggage. I now needed new luggage, and having used Samsonite in the past I decided to see what they had. I was less than impressed with their newest gear. I came across Briggs & Riley and was initially taken back by the cost difference at first, but realized through my research they command the added cost because of the quality, durability and of course - the lifetime warranty.

16-11-2024I’ve carried cloth-sided roll aboard bags on planes for years and have become quite accustomed to them. The recent trend of hard-sided bags intrigued me recently so I tried a few from other brands and did not like them.

> 3 dayAlmost everything about this case feels exceptional quality, something you notice the moment you open the box and see that it’s delivered in its own soft-touch drawstring bag to keep it pristine when not in use. Nice touch.

> 3 dayI like the superior quality of Briggs luggage. Very roomy and glides smoothing no matter how full you pack it.
