Taylor of Old Bond Street Jermyn Street Luxury Shaving Cream for Sensitive Skin, 5.3-Ounce 01014

I got this in the mail yesterday and wanted to try it a few times before writing a review. So far this cream gets a straight 5/5. I have sensitive skin so I have been experimenting with using less and less chemicals on my face and this product is great for that reason because it eliminates some of the chemicals you dont need. Ill break it down: Size: Like me, if you have never seen what a 5.3 oz tub of shaving cream looks like before you will notice that this thing is massive. The packaging is also really good and its classy to boot. Lather: I have experimented with other top of the line English brands (Trumpers), and while they smell good I have a hard time lathering them. It could be because of my hard water but Im not sure. Anyway, this stuff is very very easy to lather and I would say that it is about 2x more concentrated than most creams I have messed with. People generally recommend a large almond sized amount but I would recommend half that much. Today with a very small amount I had enough for three rich thiiiiiick passes. Usually my creams will go flat on the second and third passes. With this stuff I actually had to add more water. Incredible. Appearance: Ivory, creamy, shiny Smell: Hard to describe. Not particularly floral or musky either. I would say Posh English Gentleman? Consistency: This stuff is thick, I would say its like thick icing. Shave: Very smooth and comfortable. Value for your money : 10/10 This is now my go-to cream in the morning.

Smelled great but shaving cream is not supposed to be a solid!!!

This shaving cream is far more superior than other products Ive used. It doesnt dry out my face and lathers well with just a dab of product. I shave almost daily, and my last jar lasted about a year and a half. The cream smells great, but is not overbearing. Good stuff.

I am VERY happy with this product! I have very sensitive skin which always dried up and flaked for half of the day after I shaved. I tried other high quality shaving creams and lotions trying to find something that didnt irritate or dry out my skin. This is the next product I tried, and it is what it actually says it is !!!! For sensitive skin!! This cream smells incredible, lathers nicely, and most importantly leaves my skin smooth with very little dryness!! ( I expect a little no matter what as my skin will dry out after any normal shower) I HIGHLY recommend this cream!!!!!!

I bought this as a gift for my husband who uses the old school razor that you have to insert a single razor blade. His skin is very sensitive and his hair is very course so razor burn is a constant issue. With this brand he has had no issues, it lathers up great, and the smell is very mild. Its a great product!!

I bought mine January 2020 and I still havent ran out!!! Still smells great and works like new! Scent is not strong and very pleasant. This is my main shaving cream with a double sided blade razor and I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

I dont know whats going on with Amazon lately, but I have been receiving a disproportionate number of used or incorrect products lately. This shave cream smells wonderful, unfortunately, I cant rate anything else aside from disappointment. The soap has lather residue all over the surface of the soap and outside of its container, as well as brush strokes from someone else using and returning it. I wanted to achieve a more comfortable shave, not potentially contract a disease from contaminated cosmetics. Repulsive.

Its TOB with a fantastic scent, what else can be said? Amazing lather with minimal product use. If it was a bit slicker I would give five stars.
