I have used Tetra filtration and products for over 30 years. The filtration works great. However my comments apply to this specific order - NOT to previous purchases in stores or other suppliers online. This specific filter material is much thinner than prior purchases and unfortunately performed awful. After a few days, I noticed the water was bypassing the filters and overflowing back into the aquarium. When I removed the filter cassettes to examine, I was surprised to see the filter pads were broken down forming gummy clumps on the filter surface (like an old blanket that gets bally over time). I changed the filters and saw it again, and again. So I can only reach the following conclusions. 1 - the current supplier did not produce a product to meet prior Tetra specs or 2- Tetra lowered their specs and this is what I will get going forward - regardless of the vendor. I will go to an aquarium store and check quality before I purchase since the amount of material is easy to see its ~50% less. I will provide update as to what I find - and if its universal, will be switching my filtration system for the first time in decades

Works on my fish tank

Great multiple pack with good quality filter bags. I can switch the filters more often since the price is so much more affordable this way. I love my Whisper filter, it works great and is very quiet. I have it in a 10 gallon tank set midway. These bio-bags are a perfect fit.
