I appreciate these disposable angels! So far the water has remained crystal clear and my fishie friends seem to appreciate it as well! I have goldfish so I constantly had to clean out the reusable filter bags but when that failed the water had to be changed constantly! (SO BAD) Now its just a quick switch and done!

These are perfect for my little five gallon tank. Ive been using them for about year, and it is so simple. Be sure to run the new bag under water before putting it back in the tank. I forgot once and there was a lot of dust released into the tank. Aside from that, it has been great.

I like thepreassemed and assemble ones...not sure why but I rotate between them.

These are no where close to the quality of the whisper bio bags of yesteryear. These are much thinner, they clog faster and need to be replaced more often. What a shame, bio bags use to last a couple to a few weeks, I am lucky to get a week out of these before my whisper 3 filters need to be replaced. I would say that the original version of these filter pads were twice as thick as these are.

This gives you months of tank filtering with minimal work at a great price. I actually took the inner piece out from my old bio bag so that I have 2 now. I switch them out and always have one prepared in case Im in a rush.

I really like these filters for my turtles. They are so much cheaper if you go with the make it yourself. It takes very little effort to put them together.
