> 3 dayThis is great. I havent treated it kindly but its showing no signs of wear. The velcro backing holds the sanding disk snug but its also easy to remove and attach a new one. Its exactly what I needed and for a great price.

My Opinion
Greater than one weekFor bowl sanding, I am powering with a Milwaukee 8 amp, 1/2 inch drill @ 850 rpm and running lathe @ 175 to 200 rpm, using discs from Mirka. You will also need 5/8 11 Male Drill Sanding Attachment Arbor Shaft Adapter. The upside is, sanding can be done in a hurry. The downside is, there is so much dust, you MUST have a good dust extractor and need full face respirator. I use Trend Airshield Pro which does the job nicely.

> 3 dayThe wheel has excellent grip (have ran nearly 50 sanding discs along with a number of diamond wheels. Also very little side wheel marring on walls. Holds up to a pro grade standard!

Greater than one weekIn my humble opinion this pad is too small to do any kind of precise work at speeds over 1000 rpm. 500 or less preferred. Maybe a softer pad or more broken in would work better at higher speeds. This is in the context of sanding surfboards. Maybe better for other applications.

Greater than one weekThis works fine for sanding with an angle grinder, though it running a full-size grinder at full speed shreds sandpaper in the blink of an eye

> 3 dayThe third time I used this the yellow foam started to disintegrate and come off in chunks. The RPM wasn’t higher than recommended.

Greater than one weekIm sure this is a high quality item however its my first time using something like this 10000 rpm sanding pad nearly destroyed my grinder did distroy the pad and sand paper all in the very first second of use im sure its my fault point is if you dont know what you are doing get help its very dangerous.

> 3 dayFits well on my 4.5 inch Makita angle grinder. Dont even need to remove the guard as the disk stands far enough to clear it.
