purchased for my high school junior after the previous North face required a replacement zipper. this bag was larger and after about 3 weeks of use, the webbing connecting the strap to the bag unraveled and broke off! Missed the return date and trying to work with North Face for a replacement. Seems the quality is declining on these bags....

I used a North Face Angstrom 28 backpack almost daily, very hard, for over a decade. It stood up to everything! Finally a small hole grew into large one (my fault, as it probably would have been fine if I had mended it early), so I reluctantly retired it. I looked for an exact replacement, but hat model was unfortunately discontinued. The Borealis was the closest equivalent available today. Ive been using it for about a month now, still almost daily and very hard, and so far the Borealis has been perfect. I expect it will serve me just as well as my previous North Face until at least 2030! Go ahead and buy this backpack now. It is a wise purchase.

We initially bought the jester backpack for school but found it a little small. This one has so many pockets to help organize things and there is a lot of room to carry stuff. Perfect for school or traveling.

I did get my backpack, but the elastic strap on the back looped around the shoulder strap. Making it unusable unless u broke the shoulder strap buckel or cut the elastic stap. So I returned it paying $15 for shipping and never saw it again. Its been a month now and still no backpack. Thanks for wasting my hard earn cash.

Its only been 2 months since I got the backpack and the main pocket ripped on the inside. It happened a couple weeks ago and the return window is only a month so I missed it. I love using it for school and just used it to travel on a cruise. It has lots of space but now mine is ripped

I always love Northface backpacks .This is my second purchase .Both are online ,I have never been in store . The only dislike that I had was with the seller who has cheated me in the color choice which I made while ordering and I got different color .So please watch out .

Great quality and over all is an amazing backpack
