I give north face back packs 5 stars but this particular model is smaller than I like. Son is a sophomore and has complained it’s not as roomy as his old $60 under armour from last year. But quality a lot nicer!

Exactly what we needed. True to size and heavy duty.

I had my backpack for less than a year and one strap already ripped and I never even carry anything heavy in it, North Face said that is normal wear and tear and did not honor their warranty

Extremely disappointed. Purchased this for college. Used it the first time today and the strap came undone with only a laptop and a notebook inside. Stuck with unusable product with no way to return as it was passed the 30 days.

I have used this backpack for travelling, trekking and working. Great. It is very resistant.

The bands along the sides where you can clip things on are not present. The bag also seems smaller than expected. Otherwise it meets expectations.
