Great movie to watch when youre stuck in bed, on a rainy day, or a Sunday afternoon. Full of adventure, action and yes, romance. Princess Buttercup is about to be wed to a man she does not love. And so the adventure begins... She is kidnapped by a mastermind, a great swordsman and a giant. Then, re-kidnapped by a mysterious masked man. Her husband-to-be is hot on the tracks. The characters involved are highly entertaining. There is also a bit of fantasy, mystical magic and torture involved.

I had to show this classic film to a friend who had never seen it. Inconceivable!!

I really love the content with this. Its pretty cheap considering it has 2 Commentaries, Tons of Smaller Clips about the Production and of Course the Movie itself.

A hilarious classic

I have loved this movie since it first came out

Seriously. If you havent seen it, you should drop everything and watch it. Right now. It has everything-humor, romance, a pirate, a drunken Spanish swashbuckler, an evil prince, a dopey king, an impressive clergyman...

A classic - and with so many great quotable lines!

ABout 15 years ago, I was zapping channels on TV and came across a swordfight between a Man In Black and a Spaniard. I let it run for a few moments, not expecting much, when something happened. I smiled at the ridiculous banter the two swordsmen were exchanging, and I marveled at the nuttiness of the fight itself. I wound up watching the whole thing.
