When I caught COVID, I was off work for two weeks and my employer required me to monitor my temperature on a daily basis. All I could find in my home was one of those old school glass thermometers. This one is easy to use, seems pretty accurate, and easy read display. My only knock is that the battery life on it is pretty short. About 4 months of not using it at all, the low battery indicator was flashing. I took it apart to replace the battery, and its some crazy size I had to special order. Overall, good product!

This item failed to give consistant readings, varying by as much as 1.5 degrees over just 2 minutes. My previous digital thermometer ( which I lost ) was alway consistent to .1 degree, so I had similar expectations. I also found it oddly short… it felt like I had to jam half of the thing into my mouth to reach the heat pocket towards the back under my tongue. Not comfortable. I should have spent the extra few bucks for a different brand.

The thermometer is easy and fast, but we couldnt hear any beeps to tell us that the final temperature had been reached.
