Amazing game. Easy to pick up, even for a 7 year old. Deep strategy and hugh replayability

The Expansion pack is a must if you own Ticket to Ride. Honestly, I dont like playing the game without this pack. These cards are regular size, as opposed to the tiny cards that come with the game, plus there are more routes you can take and more bonus cards. :)

I also received cards in multiple gray bags instead of a boxed set. The set was incomplete and contained duplicates of destination cards and many of the same color train cars. Some colors of train cars were missing altogether. There were no instructions included. Ordered as a gift and have to return.

You need to get this in order to fully appreciate Ticket to Ride. Totally helps that the cards are bigger, easier to read and hold.

The cards are bigger than the cards in the original game. I expected them to be the same size.

Much easier to use than the smaller cards. Also works well in an electric card shuffler which makes it easier and faster to reload the deck. Only concern I have is a lot more destination tickets on the eastern half of the board - not sure how that would work out with a 3 or more player game, but it does make a two player game more interesting.

Makes the game more interesting

This is pretty good expansion that adds a few new ways to play. It includes standard sized cards vice the stock cards that are far too small. I would recommend having this just for the bigger cards. The additional ways to play are fun and do help change up the game style.
