This expanded our route choices and was much easier to read. Get them!

Ticket To Ride 1910 Expansion is a Fun game but addictive, soemtimes even vindictive for persons who do not win

If you have, or are thinking about buying Ticket to Ride USA, this is a must! The full-size cards (tickets and train cards) are so much easier to shuffle than the half-size cards that came with the TTR USA game. The graphics are high quality, and the tickets are marked with 1910 or Big Cities to help you play four different options (original TTR USA cards only, 1910 cards only, Big Cities only, or Mega game in which you use all the destination cards which is good for 4 or 5 players). I store two baggies of trains in each compartment and use the extra compartments to store my 1910 deck in the TTR USA game box.

Cant really be combined with original game because the cards are different sizes. Also the routes are so small that you have to get thirty of them to win the game. It was fun to change it up but wish I had just bought another version instead of an expansion.

Our family has become so used to playing with this expansion, that the game without it feels like a lite version. Not only does it add a lot to the game, but it also allows for dads with bigger hands (me) to be able to shuffle the cards easily. The cards specific to this game are marked on the face of the card, so you can take them out if you like, and it includes replacements for all of the cards from the original game in standard playing card size.

The expansion pack definitely makes the game better. 1) The larger number of destination cards makes the game less predictable and gives more incentive to pick destinations. 2) The larger cards are a HUGE improvement because you can actually shuffle them like a deck of cards instead of trying to fumble with the little cards that came in the original game. The only drawback that I see to the expansion pack is the price. It seems like what youre paying for are just fixes to things that were wrong with the original game and given the price of the original game it kind of feels like youre getting ripped off to have to pay extra for this. That being said though, it does make the game better.

By the picture I thought there would be more to it. It is just more cards. I do like the fact that they are larger and both easier to handle and easier to read.

Ticket to Ride is a wonderful game that changes each time you play depending on what routes you are dealt. The expansion pack adds even more possibilities and full size cards which is nice. The original box has enough room to store the expansion cards so they wont get lost. It has become my favorite game since it was purchased. The game can be played by two to five single players or teams if you have a large family gathering. It has provided hours of fun for my wife and I on those cold winter nights at home.
