Its so frustrating to lose your keys, or your phone. My tile has really helped alleviate this stress. Its never failed when I needed it.

After I lost one of my cats for 11 days, I bought these to attach to their collars if they ever go missing again. I feel a lot better being able to track them down if they ever get out again. Even though the GPS isn’t exact, it gives a general vicinity and the noise is loud enough to hear from a distance. Only downside is the 400 ft radius (luckily my cats don’t roam too far) and the tiles are super huge looking on the collars. 4 stars for my peace of mind.

Had bought 4 tiles. Used 3 of them already and had a miserable experience. It doesnt find even when this is 5 ft away from me in the same room. Whenever I really lost the key, it couldnt find it. Recently I tried Pebble Bee. It uses the similar concept but it does work like a charm. Pebble Bee battery is chargable too..

Doesnt always work 100% especially (and obviously) in a RFID blocking wallet. I find it works in or outside an RFID wallet 50% of the time in my experience with it

My mom suffers from Dementia and has a habit of hiding her checkbooks and credit cards around the house. I cannot tell you how many times the Tile has helped us find them, and sometimes in the most obscure places. The other day, somehow someone logged out of her Tile account on her phone and we had no idea what the username and password were, as we set it up a few years ago. Customer service at Tile was wonderful, and by providing them with a few pieces of information, they were able to locate her account and send us a temporary password to get us up and running again. We were beyond grateful and were thrilled with the level of support. This is how all customer service should operate. Good job, Tile!!

Tile is such a great utility that helps me start every day positively. No more looking for my car keys or cell phone when Im running late or when Im leaving a friends house. The only caveat is if your wallet has a magnet in it, such as slim wallets that use the magnet to hold money, the magnet seems to interfere with the signal. I tested the Find feature with the slim Tile in my wallet and outside of my wallet. Its not a huge deal, but it is something to be aware of. I fixed it by putting as much separation between the magnet and the Tile as I could (about 1 centimeter) and it seems to work consistently now.

Youd think with the suffix pro in the product name that youd be getting something that would at the very least work when it arrives. Not so in the case of Tile. This piece of crap is advertised as having an alarm youre able to trigger remotely to help you find things but the example I bought simply would not function.

I just received the 2020 Tile Pro 4 pack. Put one of them on to my cat activated the application and walked into the next room to test the functionality of the device. Two rooms away my phone and my tablet(which both use Bluetooth 5.0) could NOT find my cat unless I was within eyesight. Bad news is that my house is 1000sq feet so I have to be in the same room for the first Tile. I activated the other three tile Pros, and played the game of how far would they work. I put all four in my back room of my house and started walking away. At ten paces the first Tile Pro stop connecting. At fifteen Paces two more tile Pros stopped connecting. Only one of the tile Pros would work from the back of my house to my front door which is about 20 paces(60 feet). Sadly I will be returning this product.

My mom has Alzheimer’s so I bought this to keep track of my mom’s keys, wallet, purse and cell phone. She keeps misplacing them or thinks it got stolen.

Die Tile Pro Schlüsselfinder funktionieren gut. Die Bluetooth-Verbindung läßt sich schnell aufbauen und ist akzeptabel in der Distanz. Die zugehörige App mit den entsprechenden Funktionen ist gut. Auch die Rückwärtssuche zum Mobiltelefon überzeugt.
