Just plain great item to have

Should have bought these sooner. While not perfect, I can’t tell you how many hours of frantic searching this setup has saved me — whether it’s fir my car keys, wallet, OTHER car keys, or phone. I tend to move fast, and a lot, so I’m constantly leaving things scattered around my office and the house. Next best thing to attaching a wire to each item and strapping each wire to my person.

Im not having a good experience. Im having problems when I try to locate my tiles. The app doesnt always locate the tile that Im looking for. The Tile I transferred to my mom occasionally rings when I try to track my keys( and vice versa). It does not always see the tile attached to my keys even with it being right next to my phone. Ive tried to use the tile to locate my phone and it doesnt always work. Frustrating! The problem still persist even after I reinstalled the app. Im not paying for premium is this basic feature cant be consistent.

Absolutely terrible product. First, they dont tell you that if you have an android, it only tracks 4 things. Even with that, I stand next to an item and it says not in area. In fact, I just lost my wallet (it fell under my chair) and spent 2 hours retracing my steps because it would never tell me I was in range. Once I found it, I tried to set it off and, standing right next to it, it wouldnt ring. Missed the damned return date by 2 days.

I have used these for a couple years now, and recently, after checking the app on my phone realized I was logged out. So I went to log back in with my FB, which is no longer supports. That being said, the tile is attached to an EM that I havent actually logged into for years (because I made my FB over a decade ago), and since I cant figure out how to get it activated on my new account (with an EM I actually use), I basically have an expensive beeping keychain that doesnt do anything to help me find things.

I’ve loved this product from the start, it never fails to find my keys or wallet at home. Clear sound to identify whilst it communicates with you on the phone to tell how close you are in range to the item.

Great product, until the battery dies.
