I have 10 of these, they cant stay connected to phone even when placed right next to it. Tile premuim contently sends annying false alarms. App stoped working completely on my S20 after tech support recommended update to slove disconnect issues, worthless dont waste your money

Bought this for my elderly mother, who keeps losing her keys. Yesterday, 3 months into owning it, the white unit stopped working. I tested the OEM battery with a multimeter, and its full. Even swapped it out with a brand new battery. No dice. I just reached out to the seller. Waiting to hear back.

My husband is always forgetting where he put his keys and wallet. The Tile Pro on his keyring makes it really easy to find his keys now, and the Tile card fits perfectly in his wallet so he can find it when he needs it. Love the fact that he can also use it to find his cell phone when he cant remember where he put that down.

If you are thinking of getting this for your furry baby, DON’T!!! I received my package yesterday and was so excited to use it for my favorite furry child. When I woke up this morning I was mortified to see she had chewed it off of her and could have swallowed the battery. The back battery plastic piece is missing so that tells me she probably swallowed it. What’s crazy is I can’t seem to open the back on the Tile I have for my purse, and my fur baby did. I’m having to watch her closely to make sure she can eliminate the back she ate.

Phone will not find tile even though it is right next to it, just says tile out of range even though it is right next to the phone. Also tile will not find phone. Useless garbage. I also bought the Bumblebee key finder a couple years ago it was just as useless as the Tile. I was hoping tile would be better but was very disappointed. I would not buy this product again or any similar product. Waste of money.

Ive had Tiles in the past and they have served me well. Once I accidentally threw my keys in the trash and I found them with my Tile. Once I had my phone slip out of my pocket while trying on shoes at Walmart. If it wasnt for my Tile I would have never found it. Cheap insurance for your stuff. Buy them in pairs.
