So I’ve had this for about a month. Has made my life easier for quick clean ups and 2 in 1 sweep mop. I do have a large kitchen so definitely helps. The only reason I give to 4 stars is because the tank size for clean water is smaller than I would like it to be and have to plug back in to self clean often. But it is wonderful it does it by its self. I also would like to add if they make another model but that also refreshes carpet and vacuums would be awesome. Otherwise I’m happy. Get one ! Not a waste of money.

I love this Tineco wet/dry vacuum! I have a very large, eat in kitchen. Before I would have to divide into 4 sections. Vacuum, mop, let dry then move everything back and move to next section. This took me all day to complete. Now, I get out my Tineco and vacuum and mop at the same time. I do have to refill the solution and empty the dirty water once during a session but it took me less than 30 minutes to do the whole room. The swivel allows me to get under the chairs and table without moving them. I am in love! I contacted Tineco because I forgot to purchase the extended warrantee. No need, Tineco already has a 2 year replacement warrantee. Just be sure to save your order number from Amazon, I printed off my order, and write down the code on sticker on the back of the vacuum. I wrote it down because, you never know, it might fade over time.

So I was planning to buy the Bissel Crosswave, but the Tineco iFloor3 was on sale so I sprung for it instead. And I have to say I am very happy that I bought it. Ive named her Flo because she is simply amazing and deserves the honor of a name. I have vinyl plank through may whole house which is about 1900ish square feet. I do have some area rugs and the master has carpet, but other than that vinyl. I am a clean freak so I do go around the baseboards and sweep anything out from the wall to be completely sure I get everything picked up, but other than that no other sweeping or vacuuming before I use her. Flo did an amazing job of picking everything up, and there were some pretty big chunks of gravel by the back door. I have mopped for years using a shark steam mop, but my floors were so much cleaner after one use with Flo. My husband even commented that the floors looked cleaner so that is pretty huge! I will also say that this weekend my kids were playing in the mud and dirt and tracked it into my house and then left a ton of dirt and gravel in my tiled master shower floor. So I get Flo out to clean up the kitchen and bathroom floor and it donned on me that the shower floor is tiled so she can clean that too! She cleaned that shower in just a few minutes and my grout looks better than after I get down on my hands and knees and scrub it. (We have red clay in the yard, and light gray grout.) So I would say the overall use of the machine was very easy and takes a time consuming chore and cuts it literally in half. The clean cycle is very easy and requires a little bit of effort to do the maintenance properly, but isnt overwhelmingly complicated. The only thing I dont like is when my hair gets stuck in the dirty water cup and I have to pull it out, I hate touching wet hair, but I prefer this to using a traditional mop or the steam mop at this point. I will say you have to make sure you get the top back on the dirty water tank securely or it will not fit back into the vacuum properly and it took me a second to see where I did not have it lined up correctly. Other than that I havent had any issues using it. I personally would recommend this vacuum to anyone, but I also think that you should do some research and learn about the product and the maintenance so you have a realistic expectation since it is much different than any other mop I have used. Like any vacuum that requires maintenance for the filters and such the cleaning maintenance will have to be done after every use, which I dont find it to be hard, but I feel like the complaints that I have seen from others was due to not liking that maintenance process, or not doing it properly and having issues due to that. I would also like to add that I should really be getting commission from Tineco because I posted about Flo on my Facebook account and I have had 3 people buy one due to that post, and have had several more tell me they are planning to buy one soon!

Mopping is one of my least favorite tasks. With 3 kids and a dog, the time it takes to get everything swept well enough to then mop, I am usually out of time… so it doesn’t happen nearly often enough. I saw some mom’s on a Facebook group asking about this thing and the ones that had it swore by it. I looked it up and my husband and I decided to give it a shot. It came today and it works so well! It makes mopping near effortless. The only complaint is that it doesn’t get the edge, but I just go back and wipe that edge by hand and it’s done. My entire main floor hard surfaces were done in a fraction of the time it usually takes. My kids can use the thing too so big plus. It cleans up easy, works incredibly well (see the difference between the edge and the mopped part in my picture)… and it’s pretty quiet too! Bathrooms are next. This is a total game changer.

Just got the unit and have used it twice. The first time I just did the kitchen and was pretty impressed. Easy to take apart and clean, which is nice. Second time tried to do the whole house. By the 4th refill of the cleaning solution it was evident this would be used for touch ups only. Not for a 2200 SF house, all floors, same day cleaning.

I recently bought the Tineco Floor One S3 cordless vacuum/mop (washer), and am here writing a very positive review (after calling two friends and my sister, and gushing over this mop). I am not technically-minded and was a bit intimidated by all the parts in the box and the instruction manual (more on that in a minute). But I was able to assemble it on my own, with the help of photos and some reviews here on Amazon. Please know that the first thing you will have to do after assembling the mop is charge it for 3-4 hours. Now, the OPERATION. Oh my goodness, I am SOLD. Wow, this thing cleans hardwood floors and tile like you wouldnt believe. After cleaning, my floors feel so smooth. This mop leaves steam cleaners in its wake. I mopped for probably 45 minutes total and it went from 100% to 55% power. I am satisfied with that. I learned a bit by trial and error in the operation, but its reassuring to hear the mop talk to you and tell you what needs to be done - cleaned, removed, or added. I kind of wish I had sprung for the S5 series which has a clean water tank (CWT) that is twice as large as the S3. But oh well, it wasnt hard to stop and refill the CWT after about 15-20 minutes of mopping. You definitely want to use the Tineco cleaning solution and not some other brand. It works quite effectively. I was horrified when I emptied the dirty water tank (DWT) the first time. Were my floors REALLY that dirty? I refilled the CWT and made a second pass cleaning all the floors. I like the self-propelled feature which makes it easy to guide the mop. I like the mop instructing me what to do. I am also impressed with the Self-Cleaning feature after you mop. I give the Tineco S3 an A++ for operation. But I give the instruction manual a D-. Boo hiss. It lost something in the translation from Chinese to English. I gave up trying to figure it out, and came back here to Amazon reviews and watched a couple videos (thanks to previous purchasers!). The one thing that stumped me for about 10 minutes was the mop telling me to press the self-clean button. I looked all over and could not find it. Heres your secret decoder ring: The self-cleaning button is on the very TOP OF THE HANDLE, not with the other buttons on the side. Good grief, I found it quite by accident. With two cats in the house, I think Ive finally found the mop I didnt know I needed. I agree with someone elses comment that a quick Swiffer over your floors first to gather up loose pet hair is a good idea so it doesnt clog the mop. VERY happy with this purchase!

First time use and I’m already in love. This is a perfect vacuum for tile floor. I have a toddler and a cat so cleaning the floor every night is a must. Cat hair and food are all over the floor. This saves me so much work. - very light, easy to install and handle - the power pulls the vacuum towards so you’re not tired of pushing. I have this issue with my other vacuum - the cleaning works very well. There are water mark but minimal, barely see it. I hope it will last for a while. Haven’t tried on the ruge but I already have other big vacuum for rug. This one works best for tile floor.

Easy to use. Cuts down on cleaning time. Does not get super close to edges & corners & reservoirs could b a little bigger but then appliance would have to b larger & heavier. All said, good convenient machine, works well but you will have to do additional more thorough cleaning occasionally.

It does a very good job cleaning the floors all in one shot. Its light. The charge lasts long enough for a few rooms, and doesnt leave streaks if the machine is clean. The reason for taking 1 star is that you need to make sure you clean it after use if you dont vacuum every day. I would put it in the dock and let it do a self clean, but when used again a few days later it would smell. The self clean doesnt always get the roller clean, so you need to make sure thats handled, and you have to make sure no dog hair is trapped in ports, or tanks. Do this, and you wont be disappointed with this product.

Seriously…I just mopped this past week with my o cedar mop and put some elbow grease into it. Then I buy this machine and run it ever so gently over my floors and it sucks up this chocolate milk water. Absolutely gross, but I’m sold. This thing is amazing!
