> 3 dayWhen it works I loved it, mopping my mostly hardwood floors left them clean and not too wet. However, at less than a year old the unit has stopped charging. when placed on the charging base the unit says charging has commenced and then shuts off. I have checked the contacts in the base and mop, and cleaned them to no effect. I expect better for this price. Update: Contacted support and it looks like this may be corrected, will update review as needed. Update: Tineco covered shipping back the unit and repaired it free of charge, I had to cover packing but that is not unreasonable. upping to 4 stars, one taken off as the charging shouldnt have stopped that quickly.

> 3 dayFirst time use and I’m already in love. This is a perfect vacuum for tile floor. I have a toddler and a cat so cleaning the floor every night is a must. Cat hair and food are all over the floor. This saves me so much work. - very light, easy to install and handle - the power pulls the vacuum towards so you’re not tired of pushing. I have this issue with my other vacuum - the cleaning works very well. There are water mark but minimal, barely see it. I hope it will last for a while. Haven’t tried on the ruge but I already have other big vacuum for rug. This one works best for tile floor.

> 3 dayWhen it worked it was great but won’t hold a charge anymore and I haven’t even had it for a year. Will try and get a replacement but too much money to deal with this. Update: Customer service just said they will replace the vacuum no charge.

> 3 dayI RAN to leave a review after I used this, it is AMAZINGGG. My floors get cleaned pretty regularly, I’m not a cleaning fanatic or anything so I know they’re not perfectly clean but I was shocked after I looked at the dirty water tank. I couldn’t believe it. My floors are spotless. I have a sick cat so he sneezes all over the floors and it’s sooo hard to get the snot off (gross ik don’t judge me) I couldn’t get it off no matter what I tried but this cleaned it right up. It’s not too heavy, I love that it’s cordless, the cleaning solution works and smells great and it is an awesome vacuum. I highly recommend this! I talked my mom and my sister in law into getting one!

> 3 dayWas really excited to try this out. We just installed new vinyl plank flooring on our main level [1100 Sq ft) and needed to upgrade from the ol broom and mop. We bought it when there was 100 off coupon on here so we got it for 300 instead of 400 which was great! So far its been great!! The clean water tank is pretty small so it requires several refills throughout the main level which is annoying when Im furthest from our kitchen sink and where cleaning product is. It really is great though for cleaning every few days to keep dust off and clean up messes from kids. This vac/mop really struggles to get sticky stuff off, like a piece of fruit roll up, piece of gummie type candies. You can take it off auto detect mode and it will go to full spinning power which helps too. The battery life is enough for our main floor. It starts with 46 mins and Ive cleaned 1100 Sq ft with about 25 mins remaining so thats a huge relief and hope the battery lasts several years. Cleaning the system after every use is just something I do to keep it healthy. Use the auto clean every few times I mop the house. Clean out dirty tank every use and take the roller out to dry most of the time as well. Its great having an extra roller or two just to keep clean ones and backups on hand. So far I really have no complaints. Works well and cleans well, battery works and last enough for my uses.

> 3 dayI DEEP mop once a week and do a quick swipe daily with a lesser value wet/dry mop. I have a baby and a dog, but honestly we aren’t too rough with our floors. This is a photo after my first use of the Tineco— even though it was a few days after a deep mop. WOW! Worth the money!!

> 3 dayCant say enough good things about this product! I purchased one for myself after hearing from a friend about it & am annoyed that it took me so long to actually purchase! By far best household purchase & worth the money does vacuuming & mopping at same time!

> 3 dayI LOVE this vacuum. I’ve convinced no less than 20 family and friends to purchase one simply by showing them how it works. I have to update my review to decrease a star because after less than 3 years the vacuum suction is completely gone. I clean this unit in its entirety (remove the roller, scrub out the channel, etc) every time I use it. Now, it leaves puddles of water behind it as I use it. Very disappointing for such an expensive unit.

> 3 dayI was at the very least skeptical when my wife ordered this product a year ago. That is no longer the case. I gave this four stars rather than five for the awful instructions. If you are going to sell a product that needs some maintenance, you need to provide utterly clear instructions written by someone fluent in English. With that out of the way, lets talk about how this product performs. We live in a home with around 1500 sq. ft. of tile floors. Other than my wife and I, we have two large dogs. While neither sheds, they do drop occasional clumps of hair. They also go to the dog park twice a day and bring home whatever dirt they collect there. We also entertain frequently. As a result, our floors get quite a bit of traffic. Im the official mopper and do so once per week. The Tineco gets the job done. Mopping 1500 feet requires one refill of the water tank. The collection tank proves its worth. The collected water is filthy. Proving the point, when I think I still see dirt on the floor and use a paper towel and simple green, it is usually my imagination. The paper towel comes up clean. The battery lasts around 25 minutes including a few spots where I use max power and that is more than enough time to clean the entire area. Maintenance is easy once you figure out how it works (again, the instructions are awful). First, you should clean the unit after every use. Fill the water tank, empty and clean the collection tank, put the unit in its charging cradle, and run the cleaning cycle...twice or more until the water in the collection tank is clean. Second, after a few uses (with dogs, more frequently), pull the cover off the bottom unit and clean everything. It takes roughly five minutes to do this. Also clean the collection tank after every use to avoid odors. The bottom line is that this works way better than a mop and is easy to use and clean. Well worth the money.
