I have spent so many years investing into various mops and vacuums. I honestly wish I had a Tineco Floor ONE S3 Cordless cleaner sooner. Its exactly what I have needed in my life, especially being a mom of 3 boys (2 years old, 5 years old, 7 years old). As most people know boys are not only active and loud but can get very messy from infant age to older. Ive lived in various areas and states from near the beach to suburbs with a lot of greenery and leaves. Rainy season, all the muddy shoes, winter all the dirt that comes in, summer all the wet swimsuits, water shoes, and bubble fun. Especially being home with my 2 year old who loves to keep this mama on her toes (milk spill, juice spill, marker drawings on the floor, tantrums with food on the floor from morning to night) to cleaning dirt everywhere, after guests leave from a fun home birthday party. We previously had 2 cats, this would have been perfect with all the cat litter all over to owning a dog in the future. This is seriously a must have! With a bad back after deliveries, this is a lifesaver! I love how the vacuum shuts down when the dirty tank of water is full and speaks to you, or when you need to refill the clean water tank. Its smart and easy to connect to an app. A huge bonus is a self cleaning system for the brush. My kids and I are always fascinated when it does a self cleaning and then pour out the dirty water. It also comes with a brush to clean, extra brush for the vacuum, and cleaning solution. Incredible! Its smart, cordless, and not heavy to lift. Just glides on the floor as you walk around holding the handle. Good height for taller people like myself (510). When you are ready simply gently press on the left side of the vacuum and it will release the handle. Turn on the power button, you may also use maximum cleaning and on top of the handle -theres a self cleaning button. This is a must have, even your mother in law will be impressed with your floors! It is powerful and really gets all the dirt off the floor. The only thing I would improve is the sound of this cleaner/vacuum. It sounds like an airplane going off into the sky. Doesnt bother my boys or I but to some it may be a deal breaker. The battery life is a huge plus, about 25 min which takes care of majority of the flooring in my 2500 sq foot house. It lasts a while and super easy and fast to charge on its charging station. Setup was a breeze straight out of the box without any complicated instructions. Now if only Tineco would make a cordless vacuum cleaner for the carpets, stains, and furniture. Until then, I think I found my new holiday gift for our parents and friends this year! I highly recommend this particular one over any other brands based on my positive experience! Its been a year since Ive had this cleaner and its been incredible! Easy to change water, dump dirty water out(my boys are always fascinated) and now with 2 new kittens at home. Its brilliant! I use this daily with all the spills, potty training and kitten litter training!

Arthritis and carpal tunnel are having fun with my middle aged body, so I had to try something different as I hate filthy, sticky floors. Wasnt expecting much as the youtube reviews seemed too good to be true. Well, they are true and I would not hesitate to get this at all if youre looking at it, built like a tank for the most part. Got it in January 2023 and used many times since with no problems whatsoever. Keeps the floors very shiny and clean, and thats what we all like, shiny clean things! I use my cordless Tineco A10 Hero to vacuum first (which is nowhere as well built as this mop, in my opinion), then mop the floor with this amazing machine. Clean up is a breeze and the thing even cleans all the dirty water out of the lines and roller...what will they think of next?!! Didnt get a higher end one as the sensor technology doesnt seem to be mature yet, but in a few years the bugs should be worked out and Id not hesitate to replace this one with that technology. Hopefully it will last a few years as the battery is not replaceable. This is one area I hope they improve on as to be more environmentally friendly like the A10 vacuum. It does leave a very thin line of water when and where cut off, but nothing a single paper towel cant take care of.

Its cordless. Has a voice that tells you (in English) when its time to add more water, when to empty the dirty water, and when to start a self-cleaning cycle. Whats not to like? Seriously though, this Tineco floor cleaner really does a good job on the luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout most of our house. We have multiple cats (and a lot of cat litter scatter) and 2 dogs who get into a lot (and one of them is elderly and prone to accidents). I DO make an effort to sweep up as much cat litter as possible before I start the floor cleaning process. Not that this cleaner cant handle it (it CAN), it just means youll have to stop and empty the dirty water and crud catcher more often. Do a quick sweep, pick up any pet toys, bed bedding, small area rugs off the floor. Give it a quick pass with a broom, and youre ready to go. I can mop 2 floors (about 600 sq ft) before I have to recharge it (typically less than 30 minutes). I have to stop to add more water or to clean it, more often than I have to stop and let it recharge. It does not replace a regular vacuum, and it isnt a rug cleaner (although it doesnt ruin flat synthetic area rugs if you need to clean up some cat barf). However, it really DOES replace the need for a mop and bucket, and the cleaning solution does not ruin my floor. Most annoying thing about this cleaner is ... cleanup after using it. Because its so efficient, theres a lot of nasty grime to dispose of. You do need to do a basic cleanup (empty the dirty water tank and throw out any solid debris) before running the self-cleaning cycle. After the self-cleaning cycle runs youll want to swap out the roller for the spare (dry) roller, just to prevent mildew. Then you can set aside the roller you just used to dry thoroughly.

With multiple kids, we were looking for something to make frequent after-meal cleanup easier. Crumbs, peas, pizza, etc are always falling from plates. We have a cordless vacuum and that helps, but isnt good for debris that isnt completely dry, like the peas and pizza. So we end up having to wipe up most of it with napkins before we can vacuum and we have to vacuum multiple times each day. Our entire first floor is bamboo and our bathroom is penny tile, so we need to keep the mess under control or the kids spread it quickly. We bought a Karcher FC25 from Costco because it was supposedly able to handle cleanup without having to pre-vacuum, but it just kicked everything around, so we still had to clean up manually and then use the Karcher to mop. My sister showed this Tineco to us when we visited her house, then I found it on sale a few weeks later and decided to try it. After a month of use almost daily, I really like it. It is must more convenient to use than the Karcher since there is no cord. Actual use is similar to the Karcher - the microfiber drum spins and picks up debris and the vac sucks it into the dirty tank. Comparing the two units, the Tineco doesnt kick stuff around at all and it handles spills better. Just today I grabbed it to clean up a yogurt spill. The Karcher seems to get the floors cleaner while leaving them drier. With the Tineco, I have to go over the same spots over and over, or slowly, occasionally. The Karcher needed the same with certain messes, but not as often. Both devices have obnoxious clean water tanks with a small hole for the water that is not in a corner or edge so it is nearly impossible to get all the water out of them when finished. Both devices have pretty simple, 2 piece dirty water tanks, but the Karcher is is easier to rinse. The Tineco has a small, hard-plastic prefilter of sorts that either needs to be removed when rinsing or I have to pick the debris off. The stand for the Tineco is nicer since it has storage built it. Charging is easy since the vacuum rests in the stand and automatically starts charging. The battery is plenty for me to do our kitchen, eating area, hall, bathroom and more small spaces with battery remaining, maybe 700 ish square feet. Other thoughts: Handle is comfortable. Automatic roller rinsing is convenient and works well. Takes a while to charge but not slowly enough to be a problem. Edge cleaning is a disappointment. Since the roller is encased, the roller cant get as close to anything. For that reason, the Karcher makes it much easier to clean all the way to the baseboards and under the toekicks in the kitchen. I expected the suction to not be strong enough since some cordless dry vacuums have more power. However, it seems that the wet roller is very effective in picking up debris and the suction is plenty to clean the roller, so I am pleased. Overall, it was worth the money and I like using it. It is convenient, cleans rather well and is pretty easy to fill and clean.

I was at the very least skeptical when my wife ordered this product a year ago. That is no longer the case. I gave this four stars rather than five for the awful instructions. If you are going to sell a product that needs some maintenance, you need to provide utterly clear instructions written by someone fluent in English. With that out of the way, lets talk about how this product performs. We live in a home with around 1500 sq. ft. of tile floors. Other than my wife and I, we have two large dogs. While neither sheds, they do drop occasional clumps of hair. They also go to the dog park twice a day and bring home whatever dirt they collect there. We also entertain frequently. As a result, our floors get quite a bit of traffic. Im the official mopper and do so once per week. The Tineco gets the job done. Mopping 1500 feet requires one refill of the water tank. The collection tank proves its worth. The collected water is filthy. Proving the point, when I think I still see dirt on the floor and use a paper towel and simple green, it is usually my imagination. The paper towel comes up clean. The battery lasts around 25 minutes including a few spots where I use max power and that is more than enough time to clean the entire area. Maintenance is easy once you figure out how it works (again, the instructions are awful). First, you should clean the unit after every use. Fill the water tank, empty and clean the collection tank, put the unit in its charging cradle, and run the cleaning cycle...twice or more until the water in the collection tank is clean. Second, after a few uses (with dogs, more frequently), pull the cover off the bottom unit and clean everything. It takes roughly five minutes to do this. Also clean the collection tank after every use to avoid odors. The bottom line is that this works way better than a mop and is easy to use and clean. Well worth the money.

I was hesitant to order this machine as I was unfamiliar with the brand. I read a few reviews that there were some problems with it ceasing to operate. Ive gone through 2 Bissell Crosswaves in under 2 years and really needed to get a machine that worked without all the issues the crosswave had. I took the plunge, but did purchase the extended warranty just in case I do have issues with it. Shipping was a bit slow so the mop and bucket were out as well as the scrub brush which I needed with the crosswave anyway. It never was good removing anything that had dried. When my Tineco arrived I was hoping for at least the performance I had with the crosswave. I took it out of the box and inserted the handle which was a breeze, removed all the packing, it was definitely packed 1000 times better than the crosswave, plugged in the charger and set the machine into it. I let it charge overnight and tried it out the next morning. Holy Wow!!!!! Was I surprised! The suction on this machine was incredible. Its got adjustable suction power which really helps getting the dog hair up, the other machine was not the best with that. It did not stop and say the machine was clogged once! The other machine did it constantly. Dried on stuff came up like a dream. Dog hair was nonexistent! What a pleasure it is not have to sweep and then use the machine and then sweep again. When I turned off the machine there was no puddle of dirty water left on the floor as was the case with the crosswave, that would need a few paper towels to sop up. The tanks are a bit smaller than on the crosswave, but it makes the machine so much lighter that its okay with me. Cleaning the machine is also easier than the crosswave. I dont have to stick my hand in the dirty water tank to remove the hair catch, that was really kind of a disgusting thing to have to do on a machine that costs that much. Not a good design feature at all. Not once did the new machine clog, tell me to empty the dirty water tank unless it was full or have any other malfunctions lights go off. The cleaning solution that comes from the manufacturer is terrific. It did not need to be measured into a measuring cup like the old one. One small capful is all that was needed making the filling of the clean water tank easy peasy. My kitchen tile looks better than it has in years and my LVT in the rest of the house is cleaner than its been since it was installed. I recommend this floor cleaner over the Bissell machine 100%. I do recommend getting the extended warranty just in case, but thats just my personal thought.

Cons: it doesn’t hold a charge for long and to charge it takes forever. I am constantly adding more solution because it does not hold much. Pro: easy to use and brings you satisfaction to see the dirty water.

I cannot believe how much time the saves me on cleaning my floors after my toddlers throat, liquid and food everywhere. My floor is absolutely spotless and actually clean. I have been using that fancy spin mop with separate buckets, and the floor was nowhere near clean until I used this vacuum. The first time I used it, the water was so dark! Now the water runs clean after every use because the floor is so spotless after every use.

If you’re hesitating for even a second, just buy it! It’s easy to use, smells fresh, and cleans hard surface floors like a boss. I wish the tank was a little bit larger (it reminds me of the size of my Bissel spot cleaner), but still worth every penny!

The only thing I can honestly say is it does what it is suppose to for the most part. I only have one complaint and that is, I can not get directly to the crease of the wall and the floor. It runs out of the cleaning solution fairly quickly but does well when there is a huge spill it gets everything up and doesnt leave the floor sticky.
